Yea! It does not make sense.... If Milicent's father doesn't want to fund her or Hanna's club does not want to fund her... then let the 2 seats go other clubs who want to give their players' the opportunity to compete.....
Gloria Emanuelle/Khaeriah Rosmini vs Aris/Dian lol, at first i thought Khaeriah is around 160 cm only, but i just check her profile in pbdjarum website, apparently Khaeriah is 171 cm. Haha.. her height is covered by Gloria's height(177 cm).. Khaeriah quite impressive and powerful with her jump smash.
good to know we have some high girl shuttlers... looks like gloria also has a great power. still raw... but, good talent though for doubles dept (mix/women)

Local Shuttlers Find Success With New Training Plan Ami Afriatni | July 10, 2011 The success of four Indonesian shuttlers at the Asian Youth Under-19 Badminton Championships in India this weekend was the product of the national federation’s new training approach, an official said on Sunday. Suci Rizki Andini and Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah won a three-set thriller against Chow Mei Kuan and Lee Meng Yean of Malaysia, 21-18, 16-21, 21-12, to take the women’s doubles title at Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium in the northeastern city of Lucknow. Lukhi Apri Nugroho and Ririn Amelia secured the mixed doubles title by beating China’s Pei Tianyi and Ou Dongni in another three-set marathon, 15-21, 21-16, 25-23. Christian Hadinata, the national team head coach, said the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) has started gathering the shuttlers for a centralized training camp in Cipayung, East Jakarta, instead of allowing them to train at their respective clubs. “We’ve learned that decentralized preparations, which we used to do before, were not effective,” Christian said. “So we brought in selected players, both on the national and club level, to Cipayung to undergo intensive training. There, they were supervised directly by our national coaches. They trained together with the seniors, and that helped their confidence and overall outlook.” In last year’s tournament, which was held in Kuala Lumpur, the best Indonesian shuttlers could do was the semifinals in boys’ singles, boys’ doubles and mixed doubles. Christian said the new program would be maintained until the World Junior Badminton Championships in Taiwan on Oct. 28 to Nov. 6. He said the focus of the training would be “on the mental aspects of the game.” “You want to improve their conditioning and some of their weaknesses in terms of skills, but the most important thing is to develop their confidence because these tournaments can really be challenging,” he said. “What we hope to do is evaluate our players’ performance and then hopefully fix them so they can be better.” In other notable results for Indonesia at the U-19 tournament over the weekend, Ronald Alexander and Selvanus Geh lost 21-17, 21-19 to Taiwan’s Lu Ching Yao and Huang Chu in the men’s doubles semifinals, while Tiara and Praveen Jor fell 21-14, 23-21 to Pei and Ou in the mixed doubles semifinals.
