Kido/Hendra vs Rendy/Afiat match will be on TV court(which i think this match will be broadcasted by trans7.) Terrible. There are still a lotssssss of matchesss that more interesting than this one. Sad. But April is on tv court anyway.

Actually Mads (I love his name, like he is very mad he put the s behind it!) Pieler Kolding is still youngster considering European player is a little bit late bloomer hehe. He's '88 same like Chris Adcok batch. But Julie Houmann is old with the difference of 9 years from her partner.

Looking forward for round two! Usually Indonesia suffer a great loss in the 2nd round. Hopefully not.

Mads Pieler Kolding was the European Junior Singles champion a couple of years ago :) before he switched to doubles... :)

Edit: got my "Mads" mixed up, it was his former MD partner Mads Conrad, that was the former Euro Junior Singles champion :)

The Women's Singles draw has never been perfectly setup. Three Wangs to put Saina Nehwal to the test; the only players whom she deemed as tough opponents

Wang Shixian >> Wang Xin >> Wang Yihan (Boss Level)

By the end of today, I would expect at most 3 MS, 1 MD, 1 WD, and 2 XD representatives for INA in the QF.

    MS R16
    Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka
vs Ajay Jayaram - after the upset victory over Sho Sasaki, I expect Hayom to reach QF.

Simon Santoso [7] vs Wong Wing Ki - if both Simon and Hayom win their matches, INA will have 1 guaranteed representative in the SF.

Taufik Hidayat vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro - I would like to see Sony progressing even further.

Alamsyah Yunus vs Hu Yun - the HKG player has the edge, but, Alam has fulfilled the expectation of reaching R16, which means more pts than winning an IC event.

    WS R16

Aprilia Yuswandari vs Saina Nehwal [5] - I don't think April can progress further.

    MD R16
    Patipat Chalardchalaem/Nipitphon Puangpuapech
vs Ronald Alexander/Selvanus Geh - Ronald/Selvanus have also fulfilled all expectation. Another victory will be a bonus for the young Pelatnas pair.

Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen [3] vs Muhd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi - I would also be very surprised if Ulin/Ricky can beat the third-seed.

Yohanes Rendy Sugiarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan vs Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan - one QF spot is guaranteed in MD and I think Kido/Hendra will take it.

Rendra Wijaya/Rian Sukmawan vs Ko Sung Hyun/Yoo Yeon Seong [4] - Ko/Yoo to take this one.

Andrei Adistia/Christopher Rusdianto vs Hoon Thien How/Tan Wee Kiong - ditto for Hoon/Tan.

Markus Fernaldi Giden/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra vs Jung Jae Sung/Lee Yong Dae [2] - and also for the second-seed, Jung/Lee.

    WD R16
    Shizuka Matsuo/Mami Naito
[6] vs Komala Dewi/Jenna Gozali - the Japanese pair to take this one.

Melvira Oklamona/Khaeriah Rosmini vs Satoko Suetsuna/Miyuki Maeda [8] - ditto for this match.

Meiliana Jauhari/Greysia Polii vs Gebby Ristiyani Imawan/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah - Mel/Grace to progress to the QF.

Tang Jinhua/Xia Huan vs Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth/Rizky Amelia Pradipta - should be the CHN pair's match to lose.

    XD R16
    Zhang Nan/Zhao Yunlei
[1] vs Hendra Setiawan/Vita Marissa - it will be a massive upset if Hendra/Vita can beat the top-seed.

Joachim Fischer Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen [4] vs Fran Kurniawan/Shendy Puspa Irawati - the Danes should take this one.

    Ko Sung Hyun/Eom Hye Won
vs Riky Widianto/Richi Dili Puspita - I am hoping for an upset for Riky/Richi but the Koreans have the edge.

Irfan Fadhilah/Weni Anggraini vs Markis Kido/Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth - Irfan/Weni may just progress to QF.

Maneepong Jongjit/Savitree Amitrapai vs Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir [3] - a tricky tie for the home favorite but they should progress to at least SF.
