Hi peeps i have been following this thread for a while and woukd like some advice. I still currently use the 1st gen AT700 4U (amazing racquet) and im looking to buy the ZF2 whilst im in Hong Kong next month, i've read pros and cons on 3U vs 4U, is the power lost that much more than the speed gained? (Which would you sacrifice)

I'm tempted to buy the 4U as if i dont like the feel, im sure i can sell the 4U in the UK as the UK is limited to 3U versions only.

Has anybody tried both 3U and 4U?

I feel like im asking the same question on the thread but just in a different way haha.

It's quite interesting for me to share some thoughts here. I understand what your point is. Some friends of mine are semipros or not that well known pros. During the last camp, 6 hours monitored training every day, we have discussed about rackets and different sponsors. We tried different rackets, compared them.

As you maybe already can think about, stability or solid feel wasn't in the spotlight. Swingweight, balance, stiffness, grip were important... the solid feel was about being able to play with it and win games or enjoying and winning games.

It is about the short connection of stringbed, frame and player what counts when we mention stability. If stability is lacking it sometimes can feel ... disconnected. You aim for the lines or for the tape and you know it's going to work because you have trained that shot countless hours. It might sound strange, but sometimes you know immediately whether your shot is going to be close to the line or not the moment the shuttle hits and leaves the stringbed. I'd say it's not about winning and loosing but personally this feel of feedback is something I really appreciate.

I can't see it. Link is not valid. What has happened and how long do you have it? Did you clash with something? I'd send it back to the seller and claim for a replacement

May I ask how much you'd pay for one racket over there? 4U definitely is an option since it's not available in the UK as you said. Could you PM me the price? I get a discount here in Ger.

Mayve you try these links too. If cannot then switch the 'm' with 'www'. Umm... At 23Lbs stringing without prestrech but broke. I sending back already.

The power diff between 3U and4U not so much but noticable
