1061907SP this cone code says :" this racket birthday is 10/61/2009<<< this alone tells u :" I am fake...Yonex is not my father, nor my mother"
It would say that, if it was in the right format. Cone codes are supposed to have 6 digits, not 7, so maybe he wrote it down wrong... Maybe there's still hope
Okay , based on this shaft and cone number combination it should be just fine . Interesting they sell the FR french code rackets ... Garanti: Vi sælger kun originale Yonex ketchere made in Japan (ikke SP moddeller). SP models are just as genuine as DK, FR, etc. In fact SP is the biggest market in the world (which is why it attracts the most fakes as well) ...
As above if you still have to buy it, please post here next time http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...Buying-Enquiries-(no-ebay-s-or-online-auction

Gicutzu: oh yeah...still putting the hope. ok, i will meet him tonite at our court session. i will take the photos of this "1061907SP" and post here for our further details discussion...if it is typo, are u saying that it can turn to be '" NO FAKE"? lightsaber: i like ur comment...
It could turn out to not be a fake, but only if the cone code is something very different from what we have now. It should be 6 digits instead of 7, and it shouldn't start with "1061", because that would mean the 61st month and that doesn't exist, like LightSaber pointed out. Anyway, we should discuss the matter in this thread: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...Buying-Enquiries-(no-ebay-s-or-online-auction) , which is for buying enquiries (since you don't own the racket yet). Please post the pictures there.

Hi everyone, Please help me verify, everything looks legit but I have never bought such an expensive racket before. ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- racket model: Yonex XXVoltric 80 shaft serial: 2495253 cone code : 290312CD source : Everyday Badminton, Toronto price : ~US$240 was $250CDN ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- Thanks very much.
Yonex XXVoltric80? what is the XX part? we don't have the entry of March 2011.. (as it would go past 9999999) so I don't think I could use the shaft serial to confirm it but my verdict it's a fake I doubt Yonex can send badminton rackets to Toronto and their distributors only in 16 days the cone code said the racket is produced 29th of March 2011 and you bought it today 15th of April but, just to be sure, please go to http://www.yonexusa.com/contact.cfm send them an e-mail and asked them about it (give them your Yonex shaft serial and cone code) **and maybe later you can tell us if it's real or not..
This is XX: ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- racket model: Yonex XXXX XXXX shaft serial: 1234567 cone code : 123456AB source : shop name, location price : US$??? ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- Most likely it is genuine despite the irregular shaft serial number
