I do have a pair of the Yonex pimple socks (I doubt that's their proper name!), but haven't used them because they make putting my shoes on more difficult...so I'd better give them a go!
good find. i have pain at the top of my left foot. it is esp bad the day after play. i tried the page suggested leaving a hole in the lacing. after 4 hours of almost continuous play, the pain has not been gotten any worse.
Hello, I was always wondering if I should lace my shoes tight or let it a bit loose. Tighten the laces make my feet more painful, but I was wondering if loosing it could cause ankles sprain.
Very interesting laces. So, the blob locks themselves at the holes and doesn't matter how you use your shoes, they won't come off?
Used to have toe bleeding after playing.. can really feel the toe aching whenever harsh breaking on the shoes.. and now the nail becoming thicker after using the method of of shoe lacing for toe... can really feel toe is not aching whenever i rush for the shuttle.. thanks for sharing it helps!
If you are looking for alternate ways of lacing shoes, browse this site. Some are fanciful, but others are specific for sports or foot problems. http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/lacingmethods.htm
Really? The locking lace at the top is about the best you can do. http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/locklacing.htm Perhaps you need one of those heel inserts you can buy at shoestore or pharmacy (or perhaps your shoe is just too big).
