Glad to hear that. You used your time efficiently with your family by not traveling to the stringer back & forth or probably waiting the racket to be strung. Buying a stringing machine has always been my long term plan as i would save my time by not traveling to the racket shop & waiting for the racket to be strung. I could spend my relaxing time by stringing my rackets while watching Spongebob Squarepants .
I'll try that with my wife when I one day rock up and she finds a digital stringing machine in the loungeroom. "Yeah honey, I bought it so we can spend some quality time together while you iron my shirts"
Aww... Both of us do not want that to happen. I guess you are better off letting your favorite stringer do the stringing...

Hi guys, May i know are these Ashaway Zymax 62 and 67 selling in this website are from previous generation or current? It's the one with (Neutral Pack) http://www.mybadmintonstore.com/shop/index.php?cPath=25_29_52_86&page=2 Thanks
current gen only have red, yellow and white AFAIK. it will be easy to confirm with MBS/Winston, just bounce him an email.
where can I get a reel of Ashaway Zymax 65 in Canada, if I order direct from Ashaway Company (USA) or ebay, what other fees likes taxes, brokerage...ect? I could face? I found a location, thanks
alright. i am ready for a A/B comparison between ZM62 and ZM65. i got each of my SW35 string with them both at 29lbs. will report back by the end of next week.
just gotten the white zm65 from stringersworld and strung it at 24lbs on my tsf500i. initially played a couple of games with it last night, the repulsion is good, though not as crisp feel as red zm62 at same tension. btw this white zm65 feels a bit coarser to the hand compared to red zm62, is it due to the different colour dye being used? my stringer casually remarked that this white zm65 feels coarser, should be a very "playable" string......not really sure what he meant by that though...
^^ Yes, I've noticed the coarse texture of vs850 produces some incredible slice shots and also when desperately defending against close body smashes that turn out to be outright winners due to their weirdly hooked flight paths.
Unlike Nanogy where the shuttle does in the opposite direction to which you hit it. My ZM65 should hopefully arrive in the next day or two. Woot!
