There is no difference. The spelling "oun" and "eon" are both used to represent a sound much like that in the English words "gun" and "fun". In other words, it is the same syllable as the middle one in "Yoo Yeon Seong" and the last one in "Jun Jae Youn". The only question is where you would have seen the spelling "Bae Yeon Joo" as BWF, BKA and tournamentsoftware all spell her name "Bae Youn Joo". There is no other Korean badminton player named "Bae [----] Joo".

It's true that someone could spell it "Yeon Ju" and it would represent the same sounds as in the name you've written in Korean and that would also match the name of the badminton player. That said, there may be hundreds of people in Korea and there are 80 on Cyworld who have exactly the same name. The correct mini-homepage for the badminton player is this one, the same one that narnia posted in the other thread. And yes, you're transliteration of gomapsuemnida(thank you) is correct. Jang has been in a bit of a slump lately. She has reached only one semi-final in the past year and it was a domestic, university-player-only event. Here she is after her last international final, a year ago in Suwon.

Does the video not play? On my computer, it's like a youtube video. Just click play and it plays. I've never tried to download one. If it doesn't play for you, you likely need to install flash player or something. If it does play and you just want to download it as well, try some other threads or a Google search for such instructions. For the URL, right click on the link I posted and click "Copy Link Location". That match is from the Uber Cup. The tournament those other photos came from is the Suwon International Challenge in Dec, 2007. There is an article about it here and the results are here.
