    Natural gut review anyone?

Im wondering does anyone know or played with natural gut before. I used to play with it while i was younger. But it seem so hard to find them anymore.I'm in Singapore, could anyone know where to get it here or in Malaysia? How much does it cost now.:confused:How does it compare to synthetic?

You can have a look at Yonex CBG100. It is natural gut.

The cheapest place to buy them is from Shuttlehouse

I just played with bg80 with mp99 at 26 lbs for several hours today. Is it just me or is it a little bit more difficult to do a drop at the net? I find it very difficult when I'm lunging in and the bird doesn't bounce off? Maybe it's my tension... Anyone else experience this?

It's not real natural gut, but it is a multifilament string intended to be comparable to natural gut, hence the name "Cyber natural".

Master Dink, requesting BG66Sharp for comparison :). They're not present there xD. How is it compared to regular BG66. (In Indonesia 3 BG66 Equals 1 BG66Sharp...) That's better be worth it lol...

if 3 packets of BG66 cost 1 packet of BG66S then go with the BG66 since it will be much more value

I'm pretty sure that the BG66 Sharp is not THREE TIMES better than the BG66. Hence, I don't think its worth it.

The BG66S is simply more expensive because it's a JP-only string. Only a dollar or so more expensive than BG65 in japan.

Well ~_~... forgot to count the shipping costs lol... Okay so BG66 is technically a BG66Sharp --a? for Japan? Or they're different?

    BG66 is 0.66mm while BG66S is 0.68mm.

Hmmm... so actually they have different characteristic. And they're only Made in Japan... How about the durability? Since BG66 is averaged xD.

All Yonex strings should be made in Japan. By JP strings, it means that they are only sold there but you can buy them off online retailers but at a premium over the strings that we're all used to seeing.

The really low-end strings such as the BG6 should be made in China.

I'm not telling you to change :D. Since my BG68Ti is also badly ranked, but I used them a lot and starting to like it xD... I'm even reconsidering using BG66S T.T, although I should say I like the performance of the BG66 too. But, since I'm pretty afraid of the durability issue of BG66... I'll stick to BG68Ti for this time xD.

bg68 is very good string too.. but i like rally 22 more cause it doesn't loose its tension almost at all and it is very durable, but bg68 earns my blessings too :D
