sorry for reopening this thread but i have a few questions.

i'm currently using the yonex 9826ai bag, 6 racket version.
ive been looking for a bag to replace mine since its getting really old and i need more space.

how does the 1112r compare to the 9826 in terms of space?
should i upgrade to the 1112n for the extra compartment?

Since 9826AI is a 6 Rackets bag, if you need more space, you have to buy a new racket bag which are 9 rackets bag.

Played around with the Shuttle-house website.

The 1112R retails at JPY$8925. When you do the checkout, you get a 20% discount (for 1st timer) and the price drops to JPY$7140. Which is about CDN$84.

On their shipment rate and policy link...it shows that a bag is generally 1500g or 1.5kg. And price listing for that is JPY$3200 for shipment to Canada. Which is about CDN$38.

So grand total would be about CDN$122 for the Yonex 1112R bag.

Hmm....so tempted to buy this as an Xmas present for myself. Maybe I'll look around for other stuff to get a bigger discount. This is what happens when I don't get to play badminton...I look for badminton stuff to buy. :p

bought it for $50 American dollars (350 chinese yuan) at shenzhen, guandong, China. no shipping fees, this is only $10 more than a thermal 3 racket basic yonex bag that australia only offers for sale in stores. all the good stuff is overseas :/ happy with the purchase :)

Is it a SUNR-1122RG bag? Looks like a Sunrise tag ...

Any (Yonex carying) tennis store in Australia should be selling Yonex bags that are one and the same as the badminton bags as well as at least two of the well know badminton stores there [IMG]. But they wouldn't have this particular (model and) colourway .

The city I live in is smaller and isnt very urban. The only way to get good badminton product is through badminton dealers at clubs and coaches etc. The might have some badminton/tennis speciality stores in some big cities like Sydney, but unfortunately not my city. Yeah, its the SUNR-1122RG bag, 9 racket is too much for me.

Nope. As far as I know it's a JP bag and they only sell it in Japan.

For your curiosity, i am pasting here a reply from a BC-er with regards to Yonex bag with/without SUNR. :)

"Exactly, same design. But the color n the material is not same.Sunr code is product that's made by Sunrise, for Sunrise market. They cost lesser,so the material used is not as good as the EX,which is made for International Market. The color also looks different, while EX and JP has the same contrast color."

Definitely post some photos once I received!

I think so it is the latest release from Yonex since Sep'12.

My first ever JP coded badminton bag.
