Li-Ning has a few head-heavy, light and flexible rackets. Windstorm 300 is one of them.

You could look at the Victor Thruster series. They come in 4u, and most of them are pretty flexible.

Thanks for the feedback. Most of them rackets seems to be light but I am not sure if they have head heavy.

Voltric 60 is the perfect match to your criterias. It is head heavy, flexible and 4U.

TK6000 is also an option, but it is medium stiff.

    It's not 4U but it's a 3U but the Turbocharging N9 from Li-Ning as far as i'm aware is head-heavy with a flexible shaft.

Thanks guys. Yan, I believe, Voltric 60 is perfect but its price is really high. That's why i reconsidering it. RV, I guess N9 series to 3U and i am looking for 4U but thanks for suggesting. N9 seems to be great but I am an intermediate player and I do not think I have skills to handle heavy rackets.

The VT60 is being discontinued, so you have a decent chance of finding it at a clearance price. Retail price was 170$, so you can probably find it around 140$-150$ or even less

Forget about those over-hype overprice racket. (read yonex, lining victor..) You are just paying their marketing dollars..There are many reasonable price racket if you know your specs and do some research. Head heavv usually around 290++ BP. APAC, Fleet , Protec have those in reasonable price. For mid-range brand, there is Dunlop, Carlton..etc.
I am using Kawasaki Superlite but it's 5U (78g++ with 29.5BP) which is great for me. If you are looking a bit heavier like me (to try) i am in midst of ordering Kawasaki Super Energy 6000 which is 82g with 305+/-2 BP. Can't wait to try it out. Best part?? it's below SGD 100.

You could also look at apacs virtuoso racquet. I believe it should have the specs you're looking for, and is relatively cheap.

I order mine and bought through friends in Indonesia and Malaysia. There is also a local online store in Singapore. I cant remember, google it, you probably find it. But it is relatively more expensive than getting from Indonesia and Malaysia. HK and China also have online shop but I never order from them, so you have to ask around if the sites are reputable.
As mentioned by "decoy", APAC virtuoso have good review. you can find it easily in SG

I've been told even the TK6000 isn't that flexible. The TK5000 was recently launched and I'm not sure how flexible that racquet is.

i can recommend you a few as i like rackets with the same specs as u and happen to have a few of them:

    Wilson BLX Energy - 84g 30.2cm Flexible
Wilson BLX Force Lite - 77g 31cm Flexible
    Dunlop Nanoblade JJS A3 - 82g 303mm Ultra Flexible
    Prince Phoenix Y1200 Team - 82g 300mm Flexible

Im thinking of getting the latest Li-Ning Windstorm 700 - 79/81g 298mm Flexible.Gotta save up for it :D

    Li-Ning Windstorm 300

    Weight: 74g +- 2g
    BP: 310mm
    Flexibility: Soft

I've tested both the Windstorm 300 and 700, and I can't feel any power on the Windstorm 700. Smashes and clears aren't as powerful as the Windstorm 300 but the Windstorm 700 despite its 5g heavier weight in spec compared to the Windstorm 300 (74g) feels a lot lighter.
