I think the trim tape has improved recently - more plastic, like metallic, and better adhesion.

    Can Eric confirm?:)

No offense to Eric but I still don't find it sticky enough. If he can brand some electrical/insulation tape I'll be all over it. Maybe it's user error on my part .

The tape is fine. I actually sometimes fix my grips (being annoyed at how it looked the way I gripped it prior), so I'd have to remove the tape, then reuse it. It sticks well.

Didn't you just get a mix? You should tell us. ;)

G10 is just a tad thicker and softer and tackier than G09, at least the whites.

Please tell me how they feel! After you use them :), except g-10 and g-11, I find g-11 horrid I don't like the feeling at all but on the other hand I like the feel of g-10. I don't like the holes in g-11.

Hmm...u mentioned before (or someone else) that G10 is heavier than G09. How bout their durability?

Have not finished testing G08-G11 yet, buddy! Initial experience shows G10 n G09 to perform better than the rest.

Will post review soon ; )

I got some g10 black, yellow, green after reading the forums here. Black one feels less tacky than other colors. Currently using yellow ones and they are good. I got the green ones for my friend but I should have looked at the pictures first because I don't like the green color in g10. I like the color scheme of the g8 much better.
Response to questions from Eric is very fast and helpful. Shipping took a week to Alberta, which is very fast.
Anyone have any experiences with the thick grips? Only saw reviews for the soft thin ones but my friend likes the thicker grip.

Yah, only by 0.3g. Durability I don't know because I change my white ones when they start looking slightly yellowish... about 8 sessions or so.

But the tackiness seems to last much longer on the G10.

I have the whole set of G10 colors. I went with G10 after many of the posts here and I'm not disappointed at all. Eric has been a great guy to deal with. Some of the G10 colors take a bit of getting used to, the green appears like flourescent green, the yellow are like muted yellow, a little like mustard yellow, even the pink are subtle in color. I still like them and will get more with my rackets order.

Cool! Can you please weigh all the colours and rank them re tackiness and feel? :)

I can weigh them by color and average out by color. I'll do it later though. I have another order coming and I can do a larger sampling.

How did you test for tackiness and feel? On a racket or just by feel?

It would take me a long time to go through all 10 different colors for tackiness and feel if I need to play with it on a racket for some time. :) If it's only by feeling the surface, I may not be able to determine enough of a difference in tackiness between colors.

Lol... with tackiness, it was just by feel. For G09 it was very obvious that:
pink, green, grey > white > black, red

I just got some white G10 grips from Eric. After I wrapped my mx90, I find that the G10 is harder and shorter than ac102ex. The tackiness is definitely a lot more than ac102ex.

After playing it for 2hrs, the grip is pretty slippy. Generally my palms are pretty dry but I perspire a lot more than usual as Singapore is experiencing warmer temperature than usual.

for sweaty hand or in hot place that we recommend to use
    G08 grip
or even G16 POWER GRAB (final solution for sweaty hand)
    (G16 = G08 + stiching)

You could never go wrong with g08 for sweaty hand.
I used to use g09 for some time but it hardly last me 2 sessions as if the racket gonna fly out.
g08 simply solved my problem. Bang for bucks compared to ac102ex.

Just have to drop by and compliment how good the overgrip is.:D

After replacing my G10 white with G09 black, i felt the tackiness isn't quite there and I'm constantly worrying about the racquet flying off my hand. Keep in mind, this could also be due to my region's climate.

I would recommend only G10 for people with moderately dry hands or just prefer the most tackiness out of RKEP's lineup. **imo**

    To summarize,

For me personally because I have dry hands and do not perspire much on my palms..

    G08 - not recommended
G09 - I could use this, only during warmer weather..
G10 - Best, for all year performance. Offers most tackiness and durability. Much like AC102EX
