i really hope that Hanna can enter Pelatnas as soon as possible and trained with the best coach... either Liang Chiu Sia or maybe Susy Susanti ?? Hanna has outstanding skill. but still much room for improvement. she has mental problem also... concistency is another problem. let see if she can win this match....
Hanna showed her mental strength in coming back from 7-13 down to lead 16-14. But then, the Korean girl won 5 consecutive pts at 16-17 to force the rubber-set.
Yes. Hafiz/Putra never lost in team-event either in AJC/WJC/Pembangunan Jaya Cup. I have a feeling Edi/Arya will probably stumble early (despite being top-seed for the individual event next week). However, I place a high hope on Kevin/Rafi. Hafiz/Putra also show more consistency and maturity in recent tourneys (reaching SF in the INA GPG). I hope Edi/Arya can prove me wrong once again!
Lee Jang Mi lead... if lost, than game over for Indonesia... but i still proud of them... much better result than last year.... good luck for next year...
Next year, MAS still have Soo Teck Zhi and Darren/Ong. It will be difficult for INA this year as Fikri is still relatively untested.
yes, will be difficult next year... we only have kevin/rafi... MS not good... XD not good... WS still rely on Hanna... WD.. noott good... maybe back to QF again. haha.... we still can get SF spot if we get a good draw...
It's good enough to progress to the SF in both AJC & WJC. We get a better draw in WJC this year compared to AJC. If we were drawn against either Japan or China in the QF, we will surely bow out in the QF stage again. Instead, we got MAS (the weakest team among the top 4 seeds).
Hanna will lose this... good luck for next year... Hanna's progress is limited since she moved to Senior due to injuries... beside that, she doesnt have any good sparring partner in Mutiara. She really need to enter Pelatnas to fasten her progress!
Sigh....2-0 to KOR now. It will take a huge miracle to overcome this deficit. Hanna was within a pt at 17-18 again, only for the KOR pair to storm ahead and take the match 21-17.
Momota was 10-17 in the second game, but he managed to comeback and win the second game 21-19! In the 3rd game, he was thrilling 9-13 at one time! Just couldn't believe that he won that crucial point for Japan!
Still close in the rubber match . Impressive performances by Sun Yu so far, saw her name pop up in some old results that looked pretty impressive (or so I thought as I can't find it back ). In any case, makes for great tv on J*Sports ... can only hope the video will surface on the web. Almost feels like it is the deciding set but it's merely the must-win to stay alive ...
her improvement is most likely coming from the Chinese Badminton Super League. She has learnt a lot from the CBSL. I do feel that she will crown the GS this time.
