You need to get your hands on the RKEP XP60 and XP70. :)

Those specs are with factory string. All the listed specs in the Victor International are measured and weighed strung I believe ...

OH! thanks.. So the BS-9 BP-310 is with Zymx 70. How much does 70 add to the BP?

I just take off ~10mm no matter which string (weight difference between ZM62 and ZM70 was only 0.5gr. apparently ~3gr. vs 3.5gr) ... but of course there is still a possible variance between each individual racket.

j4ckie had some of these BS09's, think he listed some bp's or perhaps can tell us later.

Thanks, 10mm still makes it 300mm, wow still good compare to my BS 285-290mm.

Paul, seem like you prefer BS10 rather than BS LYD from your review.

They quoted me 80 euros for the shipping so I asked one of my friends in Germany to order it and to ship it to me.
The BP of my BS10 (3U, DE coded) is 298 with overgrip and strings (my MX80 3U, US coded, with the same overgrip and strings has a BP of 294)

DE coded BS10 have a higher BP than usual. Being the stiffest from the BS range, some might call it the BS with the golden specs.

Yes I do prefer BS10 to LYD. There is more head mass on LYD. I get the feeling the additional headmass combined with this shaft isn't the perfect combination and makes the shaft feel more flexible than it should be. That said, whilst this will suit many players, to me it suggests that a stiffer shaft will play much better.

BS10 was a brilliant racket and very popular in UK. It was somehow a very responsive racket and deseved a 5 star rating.

For the life of me, why did Yonex ever discontinue the Ti10 or Victor the stiff BS10?

Just noticed this thread, should have picked up a BS10 it seems. But I'll settle for the BS LYD N. I wonder how it compares to the old LYD. Hopefully less heavy overall this time around.

It was going to be either the ARC11 or BSLYDN but I can't resist high swing weight with an aerodynamic frame. =)

BS10 was also used before by JJS, Lee YD, Lee Sheng Mu, Fang Chieh Min, etc.

Where did this measurement of 673mm come from for the mk1? I've got the mk2 and hoping to buy two more mk1. They've been measured at 675+.

I also read that mk2 doesn't make so much swishy noises but it makes plenty for me.

I love how this frame encourages a condensed hitting action. So fast! I don't really miss the extra oomph from MX60 on my smash when every other shot is improved. Well, still adjusting my dropshots... So much for my search for flexy and HH

I've seen JJS use it briefly but never saw LYD use it. Must have been quite a short stint...
