Let him enjoy his marriage life .. Leaving one superseries finals just to spend time with his newly wed wife is not unusual..
Boe/Mogensen, Hong Wei/Shen Ye and Ki Jung/Sa Rang are there much earlier... so with or without CY/FHF, KKK/TBH stand not much chance
I said that it would be like.. Because, Normally BWF will group like 1,4,6,8 and 2,3,5,7 in rankings. Because they followed the same format even last year.
JPN WD Maeda/Suetsuna also declined and is replaced by HKSAR Tse/Poon. As expected Bao/Zhong had to decline owing to Zhong Qianxin's injury sustained during the CBSL for which she was sent to Germany for treatment, so Wang XL/Yu Yang is the new invitation.
I have not been following news on the SS Final. Hope someone can help to clarify my doubts :- 1) Only the "Top 8" players in each of the 5 categories will play here? 2) The "Top 8" are split into 2 groups of 4, and play round robin? (Based on post#19 from scorpion1) 3) The Top 2 in each group will qualify for semi-final in a "cross over". If this is the case, would the possibility of the Olympic 2012 saga history repeats itself? 4) I may be wrong, so hope someone can explain how the SS Final is played. Thanks
cai yun / fu haifeng made it! hahaha you don't even have a little faith on them? they're finalist in the last 2 SS, right?
Their clubs will meet in the Final of CBSL on Thursday and Saturday, and Sundy, if necessary. Let's see how these two settle the issue.
Yeah, not enough SS points to be qualified, only 2 representatives this time, even THA and MAS are better than us... I'll try to answer your questions based on past editions of SS Finals 01) Yes 02) Yes 03) Yes
I think the qualification is not really that representatives as there are pair splitted, injury, time off after olympics, etc. When you compare the winner of SS this year, INA has Simon, Towi/Butet, Kidho/Hendra (anyone else? can't remember) Thailand winner is Sudket/Saralee and Boonsak, Bodin/Isara. Malaysia winner is LCW, Darren Liew. Did CPS/GLY win any SS?
