Wah, Goh/Lim lost 1st round of Macau, so fast back in training already Saw them today in Sunsuria Sports Complex in Kota Damansara. - Hoon Thien How is still absent from training, probably still injured - Chooi Kah Ming is also absent - Teo Kok Siang is back! - In practice matches, Ow Yao Han is paired with Tan Wee Kiong - Ong Soon Hock and Mak Hee Chun were both absent from training although both also lost in the first round...? - Tan Kim Her and Pang Cheh Chang were not there, the coach there is a rather plump Malay man wearing glasses, I assume thats Rosman Razak. - Jeremy Gan is there.
Haiseh, how come you didnt ask autograph from them? Next time, they more popular, hard to get autograph.
Haha, just coincidence that I went there to play badminton and the courts were all taken by the national team doubles players I quite timid de, don't dare to ask I just want to see which players I can recognise
Why are they training there btw? How come it's not stadium juara, bkt kiara? Psst, can public have a social and friendly match with them?
Interesting highlights Korea gp gold.. md match .. mak/ong vs jung lee..
I don't see them there often. Only twice in fact this year when I started playing there on Saturday..
Wow, didn't notice this video earlier. Thanks, george. Mak/Ong played quite well in this match, but their most glaring weakness that I can see is their lack of speed. Their movement is quite slow. They actually have considered above par defense and Mak's smashes and shot selections are quite effective. I think the main obstacle that is stopping them is speed. Unless they improve on this aspect, they will never break into the top 20 or so pairs. Meanwhile, Goh/Lim has all the speed and power but they make way too many unforced errors and their defense is not very good. Also, they have quite a messy game, it might work one day, while the other day it might just collapse on you. Ironic that both of these pairs strong points seem to cancel out each other's weakness.

Teo KS is back and apparently showed his best back at the MO! Time to pair him back with Mak Hee Chun MHC is a good smasher and intelligent player but slow.
As for Ong Jian Guo, maybe he should consider playing MD instead of XD where results have not been coming his way? Currently he also faces the danger of getting overtaken by TAQ/LPJ...
still too early lar..eventhough TKS/GVS managed to upset CHN pair but consistency is important, but one good thing is we have a lot of talented MDs just need to find the right click.....too bad in this case, Ah How been forgotten most of the time....
last year in Japan SS, Goh V Shem partnered Lim Khim Wah to beat Chai Biao/Guo Zheng Dong in 3 games, now recently in Swiss GP Goh V Shem partnered Teo Kok Siang to beat Chai Biao/ Guo Zheng Dong again this time in 2 straight games...!!
