ZM's not dictating as usual, maybe today is the day of the underdogs.

The only thing that's keeping this close is Tine's errors during attack. But she gets 3 gamepts.

wow, what a crosscourt & deep over-the-head clear by Tine to end the 1st game, which landed in, after ZM guessed it was going out....i hope Tine has enough energy in the 2nd game...ZM was slow out of the gate...

ZM has a good start this time, 3 Tine errors.

I guess both Widianto and Natsir were very determined to win. they always lose on almost all of their final appereances in 2008 (Asian Championship, All England, Olympic 2008, China Masters, and Super Series Finals) so I guess this time they said: IT IS NOW OR NEVER. and they win! thank God..

about LYD saving his energy, well I heard one comment from Vision1 Sports (Indonesia broadcaster)when she reviewed the match and her co-commentator asked why it was a very short match.
she said that maybe Lee Yong Dae was saving his energy because Yong Dae's MD opponent is an unseeded pair and might be easy for yong dae and jae sung to win, but the commentator then said, "Oh gak bisa enak aja masa kayak begitu!"

it was a funny comment I think :D

ZM looks very tired in this final making many errors.

Tine's not happy with the sideline drift to her right.

The first game loss could work on Zhou Mi.
Zhou now looks like she is on a Mi(ssion).

She shouldn't be complaining at all.
She had the benefit of it in the first game.

Drift is to the right side and towards the far end of the court where ZM is.

Tine had to take her backhand shots at an awkward angle, due to the drift perhaps. By the time she hits it, the shuttle got closer to her body.

ZM has caught Tine's back many times. But no clear advantage from that.
