You're right that LCW can beat SDK; just like how LCW can beat anyone, and anyone can beat LCW. The question is: Will LCW beat SDK if they meet in WC? ;)

Yeah another guy...namely LD. Except it won't be called an upset :p

what kind of trend are you referring to?..mind shedding some light?..is it because there haven't been any encounter between LCW vs. LD in the Final, this yr?..
Speaking of which (and to stick to the thread's topic), if you don't mean LCW will lose and based on all of (your) the "trend this and trend that talks", do you think LCW will win the WC this yr?..

If you dont like the the 'trend.....' phrases, I'll try use another, it's just me & Jasonmarc like that phrase.

It means I think LCW has 65% chance of winning the WC this year, 2010. I think his opponent in the finals will not be LD.
I was trying not to say directly in order not to get LD fans all worked up & start you know what.

That's a rather bold prediction, but I can understand what factors she has taken into account. After all, LCW has already won one major, so pressure to win and the fear of playing in the final is gone.

However, I still cannot get the TC and UC out of my mind. I think LCW will be in the final, but his opponent...

Just received the magazine of the French Federation... For 'em LD is the main shuttler for the title...
And the challengers are LCW, PG, and TH ;)

The article was written by Raphael Sachetet from Badzine, and what it surprising is that he doesn't mention Tago or SDK...
Anyway the article is very short, then he choose the big four :)

...the trend of him reaching the Final? or the trend of him winning the Final? or is the trend abt LCW's 65% chance of winning the WC??..
so 65% means he will win the WC this yr??..or you're not sure thus only putting up a number?..

aiyoo, say direct also you still ask. 65% chance of winning the WC, means greater than 50% chance.
I will not say will win unless it's 90% & above chance of winning. 65% for LCW already considered high since LD is considered by most people the overwhelming fav to win.

    I would say
    LD 70%
    LCW 20%
Other shuttlers (mostly PG and TH, also can be BCL/CJ or SDK) 10%
