    Ok....session officially cancelled.
    Got a more serious 'injury' just now.
    I lost my freaking toenail.
    Damn...looks so tender now. I think give a day or two more for the skin underneath to harden before playing again. And even then it's gonna be with 2 layers of handyplast...at least.
    Lesson learnt...don't buy shoes that not your size....
    and don't let your damn partner jump smash and land on your big toe... damn f***rs

    Sorry to hear your injury, was the right toe nail oredi blue-black b4 it came off ? Either the shoe is too fit, long toe nail, laces not properly tightened (this might cause toe to hit in-front when braking).

    Let the clinic nurse do the cleaning & change dressing for 1-2weeks, take this period off (no joke).

    Anyway, how your partner landed onto your toe ?! both of you must be focus on the high shuttle without looking at partner, I guess......

    Was it shoe size problem after all ? Both shoes seem okay after you wearing them more than 3 weeks without complain.

    Just advised you earlier a day ago about taking rest from 7 days of badminton. :eek: This time really you must take some rest for your body. Your toe is shouting that out to you :p. Take care man.

    Exactly as you said....laces not tightened enough, plus the shoes are 1/2 size smaller than my usual size. No need clinic nurse lar. The flesh underneath already hardened. So some handyplast should be ok. 1-2 days off more like it haha.

    My partner ar....shuttle came almost half court to the centre. I was on the left....he was on the right. So suppose I take right?

    But he wana jumping overhead smash somemore.... ok lor...leave to him.
    But my mistake is not to move away fast enough....:mad: or he landed too near me cuz it's overhead so off balance already.

    Then I was like....:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    He didn't hit with his racquet ar...he step on it upon landing. Kanasai.

    I tried...normally the width is the problem. But this is shb200 mar. So very wide one.
    So the length i think I can adjust to it lor....big mistake.

    try this. i am having the model 169. shall prevent such injuries in future. ;)

    for shoe size test out;
    1. wear sock
    2. place in your foot
    3. forward your foot, toe reaching the front end of the shoe
    4. a finger shall able to slide in at heel(rear shoe) area
