and would it be interesting enough for all badminton enthusiasts in other parts of the globe to see or worth-watching if they managed to clean sweep all of the titles?? ... don't think so :)

it's certainly an exciting thing to see if there are countries that can afford to be a leading contender for the country which is always dominated... hmm

Friend, you always have such good stuff to read, many thanks.

It's part of LYB's long-term plan to have Zhang Nan continue to partner Zhao Yunlei half the time more to ensure a reliable XD for team events, such as Sudirman Cup,and the rest of the time for Zhang Nan to pair up with another young female player to work towards Rio OG'16. He didn't say why but I suspect Zhao YL may be slowing down (marriage or politics? no idea, just speculating).

So it's true Xu Chen was really sick.He was down with fever two days ago and admitted to hospital for drips the last two days, shuttling between the hospital and tournament hall. The coaches and team doctor wanted him to withdraw from the CHN Open but he insisted on playing and even won the title today. For his admirable fighting spirit ,LYB held him up as an example worth emulating.

worth-emulating indeed for Xu Chen... that's remarkable.. though he wasn't in an unstable condition he still can produce such thunderous smashes...

but when zhang/zhao will be separated? is it in this near future?

I guess for Xu Chen's case which is gastritis, it can be controlled by medication and the fact that he was playing doubles with a partner to share the workload, it may be bearable and worth a go. At most give up if it becomes too much to bear. But not for physical discomfort or injury that hampers movement, as in the case of WYH whose heavily-bandaged knee may also pose a sort of psychological handicap,eg when she had to run the full diagonal to retrieve a drop shot.

She is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and selected as a delegate for Hubei province to attend the 18th Party Congress. For a period of time, she has to take lessons daily from 9-11 am and 3-6 pm on politics ,economics and party-related matters.

Just watched again he replay of the LXR - IR match. Intanon actually didn't play too badly,it's just that LXR was excellent today. In the form that LXR is in today, nobody can take her on, that's what GC and Jim,the two commentators, said. The slow motion of LXR in skirts and her powerful legs was beautiful to watch.

yeah, it's not that Ma Jin is the better player to can retrieve many dangerous smashes, it's the man player from today opposite team that can't smash harder. what a pity. then maybe the girl teammate of that man player also not in her best condition that she can't retrieve many Xu Chen/Ma Jin's shots. just wonder why the commentators can't spot these things out. :D

and the tournament doctor just let him through with that stomach ache reason? they should had you as tournament doctor back then because you're no doubts clever.

and how come BWF can't see how fake it was if the incident was obviously fake as you said?

but maybe you shouldn't praise LXR to much so early. RI had a tough games yesterday, maybe that make her can't display her full potential against LXR?

What an amazing tournament for BoMo!!
Even though they are defenitly not my favourite pair they played a perfect tourney. Even better than in the Olympics.
Ko/Lee will always have trouble beating them. Somehow many pairs (all pairs?) have big big problems with BoMo´s style.
But I think esp. Ko will learn from such matches. I´m confident they can beat any pair as they already proved (well except the Danes maybe)
This week it seemed like Boe has improved his defence, they almost didn´t make any (unforced) errors.

Ooh, it was the two commentators,GC and Jim ,who said that,I merely quoted them.

Btw,LXR last beat IR,21-17 and 21-16, in the CBSL about a week ago, on 10th Nov. They will play again on 1st Dec,the return match.

I watched both matche today, LXR vs IR and WZM vs CL. No doubt about it, LXR was the better player in that Match. As for the other match, I will say WZM 's playing style is more pleasant to watch, but CL's style is better for winning matches. Will watch the MD later. Thanks once again.
