Is this your racket or it is listed on ebay for sell? If it's on ebay, please provide the auction link.

    Here we go:
    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180283852185&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:AU:1123

Some points of note, the current price screams dodgy, however on closer inspection, its an auction price not a buy it now price, and the final price could very well end $200au+. Feedback is good, and 3rd point is the item is hand delivered/pickup which gives an extra sense of security.

    Irrespective, its still ebay.

The shaft code was provided to me via email.

Its hard to tell without seeing the real racket photos although the serial number and cone date seems to be okay. The seller only provides the stock photo of the Arc 10. Maybe you can ask him to snap some photos or you can meet the seller and view it yourself before making any bids.

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing.

I'll ask him if i can take a look in person, and/or provide me with pics. The opportunity for a pickup does give an extra sense of security though, scammers seldom give out their home address...

Unless of course they're incredibly stupid.

Aside from obvious flaws, like misprints, discolouration etc, are there any signs that i should be weary of?

Besides looking at the paint job, cone code, serial number, etc to determine whether the racket is the real deal or not, try ask the seller from where did he get the racket. ie name of the shop, online shop, etc and check whether the shop is an authorized yonex dealer or a legit online shop. The sales receipt from the shop that he bought the racket would also be helpful.

    pls help

Hi all, I'm new to this forum. Found this through searching in google for how to find fake rackets.

I was searching for rackets in ebay for yonex armortec 900 t and nanospeed 9000x. And found these listings. Could somebody help me finding out if they are fake? The price looks too good to be real! And I can't differentiate the real and fake because I haven't seen the real one in real.

The first two are from different sellers, but it seems to be the same person with different user id. Interestingly they both have good rating, 100% (from 132 buyers) and 98.8% (from 162 buyers) respectively. Third listing, mhm no idea, he got a minus rating?!

Could somebody suggest an online shop with cheaper rates who will ship internationally (i'm in switzerland)?

    Thanking you all for help.

In China, people grade imitation goods with grade. What I mean is that the racket selling in ebay is Fake racket. The fake good have different grade and depending on the finishing quality. AAA+ fake racket mean it has good finishing which include the serial number and datecode that make sense. BUT IS STILL FAKE. Not worth paying more than USD100 and it probably selling less than USD30 in the local market. If people looking for Fake Yonex racket, you can easily fnd it in ebay for USD20.

It probably is, but price is expensive. You should ask seller for proof of authenticy

All fake because they're too cheap. Don't trust stuff like that
Fake, but not because of the case. It's the JP model, and it's frame doesnt' say "GUMMETAL" like it should.
