How come the and appear in replies?

.
Hi kwun,

Have a look at this;

............

We shall start our Booking In List for Wednesday CCC at MSAC: 28-Jul-2010

............

How come the and appear in replies?

And how to solve this problem; Is it some formating that I do not know?

It's to encourage people to be tasteful and avoid using too many different colours in their posts. (You can emphasise text by using italics or, for strong emphasis, bold.)

Just wait until you find out what happens if you use more than five smilies, or more than ten exclamation marks, in the same post :)

Is "New Posts" the same as "Today's Posts" ???

.
To me, "New Posts" is the same as "Today's Posts".

Is there any difference in the 2; that I haven't detected?:confused::confused:

It is the same if you only log-in once a day.;)
Truly, new posts will only list what is new since your last log-in.
This may be several days/weeks worth or just a few hours worth depending. (although there surely is some limit to the list for the infrequent visitor)

I see the same posts/threads listed

.
Thanks Fidget.

Often I log-in several times a day (at different periods). But whenever I click on either the "New Posts" or the "Today's Posts", I see the same posts/threads listed; therefore finding 'no difference'.

That's why I wanted to know.

The fonts are smaller and also very fine. Too taxing on my aged eyes without reading glass.
Also, you need to click at Advance to have complete usage of all the features.

..if i recall, in the previous version, we also have to go into Advance mode to see and use the complete features..

Since you emphasize it again, it does seems a little bigger. I don't need reading glasses at the moment.
