S7 Wellness Sri Damansara - As our regular badminton halls for training were closed for several days becoz of the Raya holidays, we opted to try out S7 Wellness courts. After several confirmation with them that they will be open on 22 Sept, we went ahead for our 3-5pm free trial. Upon arrival,
S7 Wellness - insincere free trial offer (Cont'd) (Sorry, inadvertently clicked on 'sent' on the first posting) Upon arrival, after a "wilderness search", no signage to guide; we came to an incomplete building, which was locked with no one around. All phone calls to the one and only number went unanswered. After a long wait, a man sauntered in to open the hall without any explanation or a word of apology. He also realised too late that he hasn't the key to the lighting room thus, we had to play without appropriate lightings save for the natural light. Another man with the key to the lighting room came toward the tailend of our booking, again no word of apology. I implore you S7 Wellness, to be more sincere and professional in your vocation, even when offering free trial on your courts. True, we don't have to pay a single sen and supposedly be thankful for little goodwill but that doesn't warrant the undignified treatment we received. Moreover, you were the one offering this free trial, we didn't plead for it! Honesty and sincerety go a long way!
