Ns9900 shall has serial number starting from 8XXXXXX cause it release late to early 2009. your cone code saying manufactured on 00 day, 14th month, year 2001. guess what.....

I wouldn't advise it. I've seen fake tennis string on eBay so I wouldn't be surprised if you saw some fake badminton string.

What makes you think NS-9900 has CH version on the shaft? What makes you think that NS9900 says made in Japan and on the tage says made in china, Taiwan? After you answer these 2 questions, you can make a decision.
