i hope it is not Taraflex badminton. the previous incarnation of the 2nd place i mentioned had taraflex. too hard, and even worse when humid...
Hey madbad, Unfortunately I'm stepping out early today, in a few minutes to be exact. I just want to torment kwun just a lil more
I hope not as well kwun I chose a floor using virgin rubber that even has a slight texture manufactured into it. Is taraflex listed as approved equipment at the bwf?
Sorry bout that, usually here all day. If you have a business card, feel free to write your username on it and shove it through the mail slot
okay kwun, you've been patient, here's a clue a brand of two-part putty manufactured by 3M for those that are too lazy http://tinyurl.com/3tpfku9 I'll be away for a few hours, have fun!!
floating floor by Connor ? I assume you're using floating/suspension wood floor with rubber pad on the bottom. we did end up using 2"x2"x3/4" all rubber anti-vibration pads at SBC.
i am very resilient to tormenting. these guys has been toughening me every day for the past 10+ years.
I think it is Tarkett Sports (which wasn't on the last BWF approved flooring vendor list). Looking forward to the opening of the facility.
I see Tarkett Sports listed under the BWF approved flooring list? http://www.bwfbadminton.org/page.aspx?id=14884
Have some selection of shuttles at the ProShop. I hate how ClearOne only has Victor Tourney feathers. My friend is too busy (he says) so he buys it from the pro shop. We both hate the Victor Tourney so he has agreed to let me buy the feathers and he'll pay me back. Perhaps people can buy bulk feathers from you? You act as a middle-man for such purchases? What stringing machine will you have? Will you also perform stringing if the customer brings their own string? I know ClearOne doesn't do it cuz they don't have it as an option. What about sameday service?
I believe I quote "one of the largest sports flooring manufacturers" I wonder if kwun has played on a Tarkett floor before.
