You guessed it, it's Lin Dan's sample shoes of the Yonex SHB100[LTD] (both gold and red coloured models) back in 2007. Note the "Develop Fitting Sample" title on the slips. Judging from the pristine-clean quality of the shoes, it would be reasonable to say that this was the shoe model he was testing when he was reported to suffer blisters on his toes from the shoes' fit. In early 2008 when LD started competing again he was already wearing the SHB57C rather than the SHB100[LTD]. Now that we all know Lin Dan's badminton shoes size is 27cm, also UK 8.5, US 9.0 and Euro 42 2/3
actually funny you should mention this, my friend has one of LD's shoes and I can confirm they are UK8.5
I just realised that the SHB100LTD Lin Dan was given as shown here do not have the lateral claws that are featured on the market model. Or more or less the lateral claws here are "phony" and are only for visual aesthetics and very non-existent functionally. SHB100 "Limited" alright By the way what shoe is it, LD Rules?
Good question! I think (can't be certain) but if I remember correctly they are SHB98's actually he only has 1 shoe, from him. it's a long story...
