I watched an icon man interview on TV a few weeks ago. He was very lean, and he said he needs to take in 7500 calories a day to keep in shape. Probably same as the badminton pro also? If I take in 7500 calories a day, I will probably be a sumo wrestler very soon.

 

Yeah..

..haha, that's true.....But maybe they lost all those pounds because they burn all those calories right away, with practice/training; unlike most of us....our davidhliu is probably lucky also as he could join them for dinner..

 

agree! we only see them eat like for dinners (maybe 3 hours or less and most of the time must be spent talking) but surely they train like up to 12 hours or more a day. woh! no food could even have the time to imagine turning itself into fat coz they burn up so quickly they shine bright like stars on a clear night....hehehehe a bit poetic there.
