Sandy, how do you know this list? From PBSI's list or from Laos and Thailand's list? From what I know, Annisa-Rani are there to get BWF points for the Junior World Championship [in Mexico this year, but no date and location details yet]. Wifqi-Alfiat are now part of Reony Mainaky's Pelatnas Pratama team [they started to practice together around 3 weeks ago or something], but got the blessings of PBSI to compete one last time funded by their own club. They were registered for Laos-Thailand before Pelatnas Pratama formally practiced together... Riyanto Subagja is only 15 years old, still an INA Remaja [under-16] but his talent, posture, and attacking style already caught the attention of Coach Fang Kaixiang and Head Coach Fung Permadi, thus, he is given special attention and international exposure ahead of any other boys his age. Jenna Gozali was a singles specialist until late last year, from what I heard, she is the most talented hand-ability-wise of her generation but lack the footwork and agility... Debby Susanto was accepted by Pelatnas, but her former partner, Luluk was not. So Luluk is paired with Jenna in order for Jenna to get a better international exposure in doubles. About the list of Pelatnas Pratama members, I have to ask Reony when I meet him again.
Reony is the Pratama team's Doubles Coach. Overseeing 4 pairs of boys, 4 pairs of girls. Paulus is the Singles Coach. Pratama team started practicing together March 30th. Oh, correction towards my previous post #122: Komala Dewi is in Pelatnas Pratama, as well as Anissa-Rani.
Whee, my first post! Um, anyway, only they two to coach so many talents? I guess it won't be so convenient. Nevertheless, best of luck to them. Indonesia's badminton futures lie on them.
I hope our badminton future does not just depend on these Pratama kids... Here's the complete list of Pelatnas Pratama that started to practice March 30th: BS Engga Setiawan [Djarum] Nandang Arif [Tangkas] Adi Pratama [Jaya Raya] Senatria [SGS] Andi Nugroho [Djarum] Yoga Pratama [Tangkas] GS Linda Weni [Ragunan] Riszki Amalia [Jaya Raya] Alfa Vivianita [Tangkas] Siti Anida [Ragunan] Bellaetrix Manuputty [Jaya Raya] Maria Febe [Djarum] *injured* BD Erwin Wihardi-Rixky Delli Nugraha [Jaya Raya] Wifqi Windarto-Alfiat Yuris Wirawan [Djarum] Zulfikar-Nur Rofii [Jaya Raya] Nudi Hartono-Rendy Sugiarto [Ratih] Syahmi Syarif-Krisna Adiwijaya [Jaya Raya] Angga Pratama-Kevin Alexander [Jaya Raya] GD Anissa Wahyuni-Nimas Rani [Djarum] Komala Dewi-Debby Susanto [Djarum] Weni Sulistyowati-Anneke Feinya [Jaya Raya] Samantha Lintang [Jaya Raya] *Bellaetrix's GD partner* Stevanie-Keisya [SGS]
i read in bola (if not mistaken) maria febe's recruitment is still Contraversy.. ??? suryanaga (?) doesnt 'satisfy' with the way maria febe were 'recruited'
I think Alfa Vivianita is Djarum's player, or she moved to Tangkas ? PBSI should recruit WS players in younger age like Ayu Pratiwi (Ragunan) or the popular player, Cisita Jansen (Djarum)
no doubt, Maria Febe is best INA WS Junior player We see only Suryanaga official who complain this decision. They hope their player Tike Arieda (ex Djarum) who replace Febe's place.
I heard Vivi moved from Djarum to Tangkas late last year. Ayu Pratiwi is too young. Cisita's talent is not extremely high. I heard the Suryanaga official complained about Febe's name in the list of Uber Cup "tim bayangan" [temporary list]. He forgot that Febe reached the main draw of Indonesian Open etc...
Instead of wondering how will be the best player, I will wonder what my future will bring to play for Indonesia... Does anyone know what have the government done to Liem Swie King, Tjun Tjun and Ade Chandra? If you ever read their subjectives opinions (which I will not quote again on this threat), after badminton in Indonesia... you will understand... :crying:
i know.. you can't play badminton as well as lilyana natsir does .. she's only elementary school graduation .... and she's successfull now
It is not a sensitive subject at all. Indonesia is clearly not a Communist country where the governmental powers never change hands from party to party... [thus the budgetary priorities]... Also, we are clearly not a very rich country where getting regular high income from taxes and other ways of raising money are not an issue. Socialism is not an official policy in INA. We don't even have a Social Security blanket etc. Thus, we cannot guarantee lifetime monetary benefits to our athletes... These are the realities of INA. We all have to accept this. The players have to earn as much as possible during their prime. Pretty much like other professionals in other sports in the US. As far as I know, there are no 'retirement benefits' for Muhammad Ali or Kareem Abdul Jabar or Carl Lewis or Babe Ruth or Jimmy Connors or John McEnroe or even Michael Jordan from the government of USA. They all earned as much $$$ as possible during their prime, proportional to their respective sports... and that's it. The US government does not take care of them until they die or anything...
I have heard something like this, but I don't see the implementation and have never seen the actual policy written anywhere as state-policy... Maybe some politician wanted to sound good to the voters... But [as usual] do not deliver afterwards...
Oh wow. I see. That's INA gov't for us anyway. If my memory serves me right, the one who said it was nobody else but our dear Minister of Youth and Sports. Haiz...
