Once again would like to emphasize the BIG THANKS to Our major sponsor , from the BIG BOSS KWUN to Ants, Abedeng and Our very own moderator frm TCUC host country , Mr Drifit. Without their monetary contribution, no matter how much effort between me & Daniel , there is not possible to organize this BC Kwun-Drifit Cup .

Will train harder to challenge u guys next time:cool:. And of Coz I will concentrate on playing and not planing/ organizing again LOL:D

Actually, kudos should be on you and danielwong, Sam. :D Especially since you are operating from up north. Compared to you guys, we "official tournament sponsors" do not need to put in as much effort. That's why I'm retired from "event management" for good.

We need "older and mature" folks like u and limsy to step to the plate and take charge of future BC gatherings. Surgeries and being broke cannot be used as excuses ....... :p

I was abit distracted trying to get the Friendly kick-start, as we were 'behind schedule' and doing 'final' pairing for those 'missing' players. Couldn't delivery my pt for the World Team and let my partner down:eek:. Played amateurly . . .
Well, I did 'enjoy' the sauna inside the badm hall:D, and the few additional ad-hoc friendly games played, and most importantly to finally meet in-person with fellow BCers.
Thanks to Daniel & team for Everything.
Till the next time we meet . . . .Cheers:)

    Lucky Draws... Video

Sorry to disappoint everybody. The best that the Star can help us is to let the readers know about this event. Apology to Madbad (Canada), Haru(Japan), Hauge(Indonesia) and others if any for missing nationality on the Star writeup.:D

Ok, here is the edited 'Lucky Draws' video. (Quality is acceptable)
Watch out for nokh88's reaction when his name was called to accept the prized T-shirt that he possessed for less than 2-3 hours. He quickly disposed it off (to a lucky girl) on the way back to his hometown (if I heard it correctly).

Prize Presentation Part #2 is coming up.
