9 days in total is around the time it takes. I would imagine that if the parcel gets on the plane on friday then it would have a slight chance of being a day or 2 early.
yeah i was just too impatient It got to the U.S. in 2 days but was stuck in customs all week so I started getting paranoid and reading online about people who had their other random packages stuck in customs for months and some who had to go to their post office and pay duties to have their package released which is why I made that paranoid post up there
It has happened before. I had some parcels stuck in customs from the states before but didn't get charged for it.
I guess I might be the unlucky one. Tracked online and showed it was cleared at customs. Called USPS after 8 business days (two days before Christmas), agent said the parcel was on delivery but did not know exactly where the parcel at. I guess it might due to Christmas for the delay. Then, I called again today (after 15 business days), the agent said it was on delivery and agreed with me that I should have received the parcel by now. Normally, it would take between 10 to 14 business days. The agent advised me to ask the sender (Mr. Chan) to open a case at HKG Post Office to investigate. I already messaged him. Now, I don't know when I will get my items...hopefully, he will be kind enough to resend them instead of me waiting for the investigation result.
I just received my Yonex Ti-10 (3rd Gen) & Yonex SHB-200 last week which i purchased from e78.com.hk. It tooks about 9 days for me to receive the parcel.
Join the club Don't worry. You are not the first. This shop is normally very reliable (if nothing goes wrong!!) but you can forget about Mr Chan resending your parcel anytime soon. I also had an unpleasant experience on my last order. All I can say is the owner will protect his business at all cost, even after he admitted that he is at fault. Although I got back my money though paypal dispute after almost 2 months but I just don't agree with the way he do his business. So, I stop buying from this place.
I had bought YY racket and shoes from e78 about 2 years ago and it was a smooth transaction. However, the owner seems don't bother to reply inquiries that he doesnt interested in. I sent him 3 emails about different products but no reply.
I'm sorry to hear that. If you want buying something from e78. Please visit www.sohubuy.com. Or email me please. Because Mr. Chan hard to communicate in english.
My past 2 experiences with Mr Chan is good. Mizuno TC 700 and Fleet Woven 2000. You can write to him in English but he will reply in chinese. He will provide the tracking number for you to track your parcel thru HK post. Next in order is the new Mizuno L9
Hi there. I need some advise from pple that had dealed with Mr.Chan in the past. I am about to order 2 pieces of YY rackets (about S$500) and was told to pay 6% of overall price with paypal. Is this correct for buyer in Singapore to pay 6% for using Paypal payment.
He doesn't have any mp100 in stock, only mp99. This is correct, he charges 6% for payment expense and postal service, you might find he multiplies by 1.06 of the price in his calculations.
does anyone know how good stringing from e78 is? I'm considering getting an AT900T, but because of AT series sensitivity to stringer skill, I don't know if i want them to string it or not Its quite expensive to get racket restrung here, and takes almost 2 weeks
If you buy a racket from him, he does not charge extra for stringing for the normal SP strings. I've never asked for the JP strings so I can't tell you how much he charges extra (if he does). By the way, what tension are you going to use for the 900T?
