I really do wish Yonex would stop being wankers. It makes me want to rush out and buy some Apacs.

    Just kidding.

...and what would they do with it? Whip their rackets on Batista's head instead of a folding chair:D?

I wonder if the head shape is the same as the Z, or if it's the shape of the Arc1O, except with the Z's cross-section. Hrm.

Because I love you all so much, I busted out the Photoshop and did a little overlaying.

I suspect the DX has the same headshape as the ZS :crying:

I overlaid the ZS and it looks the same as the DX. Boo.

Wait then why does it look like you overlaid the Arc 7 over the 8DX? Or is that just the label?

Did you try to overlay the Z-Slash and the Arc10? Maybe the catalog pictures are all the same base model, all they do is show the change in colors?

You're correct in this part. Apparently Easy Tiger mixed up "7" with "Z".

Although the overlay the 8DX looks to have a slimmer looking frame at the T Joint, which could mean something.

Perhaps, perhaps the 8DX has the smaller compact head of the Z Slash.

Although I question Yonex's intention in this. They are almost too similar in overall specifications now. Only difference I can notice is that the 8DX has a higher warrantied string tension maximum.

    Racquet repaint anyone? Sounds familiar........

I'm praying that it's a less head-heavy version of the arc10. I've always felt that the arc10 was on the head-heavy side of its self-proclaimed "Even Balance" weighting.

The Arc10 isn't head heavy! Try swinging an Armortec for a few hours and let us know what your Deltoids think.

Jaiyen, the ZS head is pretty unique. I compared it to a guys Mp99 last night actually and they're not similar. There's not a lot in it with any of the rackets, but a small change makes a big difference.

Someone with a ZS needs to get a DX and make a real comparison!

    Who's first!? :cool::D

The Arc 10 is head-heavy for an Even-Balanced racquet. Armortecs are labeled "Head Heavy" so that's expected. But the Arcsaber seriers are all labeled "Even-Balance". Relative to the term "Even-Balance," the Arc 10 is head-heavy.

I'll compare if someone buys it for me XP

You are the poster boy for semantics.
