I ordered some BG80 black and a big selection of grips from Eric yesterday, always great service. I can't wait to get orange G08 and Black BG80 on my JJS, it's going to look awesome.

    Eric:

So, looking at the description for G10 and G09, the only difference is that G10 is softer feel? Is that correct?

G09 is more tacky + stiff (might could last a little longer)
G10 is more soft but not so tacky, however, it might be more suit to be used in badminton especially for sweaty hand

Eric liked this post but didn't reply :)

I see through your rouse to get me to buy more grips to find out for myself! I will be ordering more soon but the G08 are wearing quite well and the G09 are not as slippery for my sweaty hands as I first thought.

G01 is a soft material with tacky feel - got very good hand feel
However, it become very slippy when got sweaty hand
Also it wear off very soon (comparing with other replacement thick grip)

G08 is a cloth feel designed for sweaty hand
best for badminton use especially with sweaty hand
However, it was designed for to absorb sweat
and hope you change it very often (or where should the sweat go to?)

Hi guys, I'm a beginner and looking to buy a grip for my racket which still has the original one, I find it too small to wrap my hands around comfortably. I don't have sweaty hands whilst playing.
I'm deciding to buy a RKEP grip because of this thread but have no idea which one is best for me.
Whenever I try to search for grip guides all I get is actual grip guides and not grip for rackets.

How do I know whether I want a hard or soft grip, a thick or thin one or a tacky or dry one?

They're cheap enough. Ask eric for a selection, its all trial and error.

If anybody's likely to do a deal on a "trial pack", it's Eric - got my latest batch of blue Ultimates this morning... another free Power Master was in there:D.

Just ask for one of each... but I'd get them all in the colour you want, if possible.

    Hi ya'll

Any product that Eric@RKEP offers that's similar to Yonex's AC134 Wet Dekoboko Grip?

That could possibly work, i might have to grip it looser for a thicker feel since it's more like the Supergrap..

This AC134 is thick and ribbed for her pleasure lol.

For what it's worth G11 is my favourite so I'm excited for the G10 to come out, I like G08 but G09 is too stiff for me.

    Eric,

I've used the G09 for a little while but find it still not tacky enough. I am currently using the Artengo overgrips and find them far tackier than the G09 and also that the tackiness lasts much longer than the G09.

Do you have any overgrips or are there any RKEP grips in development that are much tackier than the G09?

    Thanks

^ truly you won't need any tackier than pink or gray G09...

they're so tacky that I can't change my grip from backhand to forehand and vice versa during a rally...

The trouble is I only use white grips, I don't really like to use other colours. And the white G09 is definitely not tacky enough. I have pink and possibly grey G09 in my bag somewhere (unless I've given them away), if I have one I'll test and report back although I'd be surprised if its as tacky as the Artengo.
