Wouldn't this slow your swing speed as the aerodynamics of the racket has been compromised :p sorry but couldn't resist with all the marketing hype from YY.

But it defo doesn't look right.

There is no guarantee that the used grommets will go into the hole and sit properly with the racket. I'd be tempted to cut it off too, but its not worth the $$.

Its been like 3 weeks and I think this racket got flexier or i just got stronger. It actually feels good knowing that i tamed this beast. Also i found out that Bg85 works very well with this racket.

Someone just racquet clashed with me, arghh the rage I felt when he did.

Racquet feels very good though, but it doesn't sound powerful, I suspect the sound dampening is too much.

Ordered another VTZF2 from a Thailand distributor. The distributor made an effort to fulfil my wish by having Ratchanok sign on my racket cover.

A bit of show off like a small boy, here it is: :D:D:D
    IMG_20140408_210759_1.jpg

We ordered few VTZF2s. All my colleagues went for 4U, I ordered a 3U since I already have a 4U JP code and finding 4U too light and lacking in the extra power department.
But some translation must have gone wrong somewhere... All the rackets that arrived are 4U... :crying::crying:

Gonna let go of one 4U and order another 3U...

@Deity , I bow down to you for convincing me to get a 3u Zforce II. I think I've just hit that period where everything is starting to come together now, no more timing issues. Smashes are getting better, while the touch at the net is returning. I feel that I too have tamed this beast.

@Johnny Ripper . I don't use my Z Force II or any of my good rackets for that matter with "shuttle hunters"- the ones that must return every single shot. I have one that I don't mind getting clashed so it saves the expensive ones.

Renz, I'm glad I'm not the only one who tamed this beast! I know for sure that I have reached the racket's maximum potential and I'm loving it. Though I started with the 4U, I now preferto use my 3U. I agree with the post before that the 4U kinda lacks power but it has enough to get points.

I checked with our official suppliers for grommet strips and they tell me the grommets for Z Force II will not be in stock for another 2 months.

Typical. A new racket is launched and we are unable to obtain the parts.

I find that the grommets get damaged too easilly.
Luckily I've sold both my ZF2.

    Not because of the grommets.
My current head heavy racquets are N90 III BF
    My other racquets include Apacs FW200 7U, Karakal BN60 6U, ArcFB 6U, Victor LF7000 6U.

I just try to find the most aerodynamic racquets such as 'Victor's Aero Sword and Shark Tec' range, 'Li Ning's break free' design and 'Yonex Grommmet System' along with a non-boxy frame. Then I get the lighter alternative of it and add Victor Powerizer Tape to it to increase head balance. To me thats how I get the most power of a Racquet. BP of ZF, Aero of Victor/Li Ning/Yonex, Stiffness of N90, Slim shaft, fav string.

I enjoy using both the 3U and 4U version of the VTZF.
Do you think its worth buying or trying out the VTZF2??

It is individual preference but certainly worth trying out if you have friends that has vtzf2.
