    Most boring and apathetic rally since KKK/TBH v Fang/Lee. Cutie #2 & partner 15-8

Nitya/Feinya are no match for Cutie #2 & partner. They don't seem to have an killer shot to break the Koreans down. JKE/KHA win 21-17, 21-11

The scoreline surprised me actually, almost a demolition job considering Tai-phoon is an up-and-coming star. However, having seen WSX's play at the AE vs Eriko Hirose, it appeared to me that her footwork and court movement is back to her best when she was world no.1;if only, I reiterate, she can smash like Wang Xin/Tine Baun/LXR, then I've no doubt she is a strong contender for OG Gold.

Don't think we'll see the smashing part put in her game anytime soon. She's had the opportunity to do so but it's too close to the OG now to do major tinkering with her game.

She can only hope and pray she's done enough to impress the boss.

MAS WD pair Hoo/Woon is too error prone. Playing any Japanese pair will always test your patience and consistency. Right now, they're giving too much away. 21-23, 2-5

I agree. It took a couple of years for Lee Chong Wei to develop his aggressive part of the game. Her experience is still on her side as compared with LXR. She is a very clever player and she can use her brain well to outsmart her opponent and compensate her lack of smashing ability. She certainly can aim to improve her defence because it is crucial especially when she competes with a player like Tine or Juliana schenk. I think it is doable job in next few months.

I've never seen a player dominate a game yet nearly give it away due to unforced errors. He must have hit at least 6 wide of his opponent's backhand sideline.

He rescued it in the nick of time 21-19

Well LCW described Daren Liew is the future of Malaysian badminton, so you'd hope the error count comes down!:)

ZZ leads 11-10 at the break. His opponent Makarski has shoddy footwork but ZZ is not capitalizing on this. I've seen ZZ smash once so far and it didn't pack much power.

Funny moment. ZZ fell on his butt backpeddling but still managed a drop shot of sorts. Makarski, probably distracted reacted late and did a full length dive to send the shuttle back cross court. Both players were on the floor at the same time.

Another dive by Makarski on a ZZ drop but this time in vain. 14-14

Big smash from Makarski 17-14. He's forcing ZZ back to his forehand corner at any opportunity

ZZ playing a very passive game allowing Makarski to take initiative. Is this his style?

Makarski tries and ambitious cross court drop but it's a poor attempt. ZZ 19-18

Poor push from ZZ and it's slammed down his throat 19-19

Makarski errors are keeping ZZ in the game. Surprise push return by ZZ catches Makarski. 21-20

Makarski pushes long. ZZ wins G1 22-20

What the hell is ZZ doing?Playing very loose and casual. Another mid court block is smashed home by Makarski

ZZ comes back with an easy net tap. ZZ 3-2

Nice cross court backhand by Makarski. ZZ 4-3
