Both are still below 21 years old.

Woon Khe Wei is the former AJC partnering Tan Wee Kiong.

A shaky performance by Vita/Lilyana, they eliminate Malaysian WD Chong Sook Chin/Woon Khe Wei 21-15 ; 16-21 ; 21-13. Tomorrow quarterfinal, they will face Korean Ha Jung Eun/Kim Min Jung.

Except for Taufik Hidayat and Andre Kurniawan Tedjono, all the other doubles pair had unconvincing starts, including losses from Rian/Yoke, Bona/Ahsan, and Rijal/Vita.

Vita Marissa/Liliyana Natsir will have a tough match against the Korean pair of Ha Jung Eun/Kim Min Jung tomorrow and Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei should await them in the SF.

2 other hard matches coming up later...Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan vs Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah and Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir vs Xu Chen/Zhao Yunlei. Nova/Butet have a slight edge, whereas, any match between Kido/Hendra and MAS MD pair could go either way

Pia Bernadet Zebadiah and Andre Kurniawan Tedjono should lose to Xie Xingfang and Lin Dan respectively. The most important thing is the experience gained from these matches against top players.

Lastly, Taufik will have another tricky match against another CHN youngster Lu Yi. If he loses the first set, I reckon he will give up the match yet again. But, the presence of his wife and father-in-law might just change the scenario perhaps ?
