    it all boils down to how proficient your are with editting tools and how much effort you are putting in at that time

    i prefer shooting most of the time tho

    do you use a tablet? i need some pointers there

    I'm far too poor to even afford a mince-and-cheese pie :D. What I usually do is I magnify the image, and then use the polygonial lasso tool to select whatever I need to select. IMO, the polygonial lasso tool is probably the most useful tool for photo-manipulation.

    what programs do you guy use?
    a mate of mine showed me how to use picasa recently, excellent program, very user-friendly.

    I use photoshop cs2 (version 8), but photoshop v5 is still good enough to do all these editing..

    yea.. me on CS2 also..
    the newer cs3 need at least a dual core to run smooth

    There's lots of 'wrong'-looking basketball photos..You dont see things like this often in badminton.. but basketball is more of a contact-sport than badminton anyway.
