Review: Trinity Pro Weight: 84g BP: 285 String: YY BG65 Tension: 30x33 First Impressions: Build Quality: Very sturdy, minimal deflection while stringing at 30x33 lbs. Grommets don't seem to be as stiff as the ones in Ultra Pro, though not as soft as the ones in the original Ultras and Trinities which split very easily. Playability: Good feedback through the shaft to the handle. No excessive vibration, but not terribly muted either. Good control, no problem switching from an Ultra Pro which has a higher BP. Sufficient power, no problem clearing on both sides, though not a hammer. The latter is as expected from a headlight racquet. 2-Month Update: Build Quality: Grommets just about hold up. Definitely not as strong as the ones in the Ultra Pro. Paint job and frame hold up to minor clashes and being thrown around in the bag. Playability: Not a particularly forgiving racquet, definitely demands a reasonable technique and sense of timing. This is probably more due to its balance rather than its other manufacturing or design characteristics. But, it's not an "effortless" racquet to use. Feedback is quite good. Vibrations from shots come through to the handle without attempting to shake the racquet out of one's grip. FWIW. Thanks.

@Quasimodo, Thanks for your review of the T-Pro; I for one found it very instructive. I'm guessing you are an advanced player if not a Pro... I have a couple of questions I hope you could answer... You have mentioned your concern about the quality of grommets. Does this in some way affect racquet performance after a while? yup exactly, that's why I hate Royal Mail it's like less than 5 seconds and they gone also, it's 7 in the morning, I usually woke up at 8 or 9 DHL always call me before they leave (Royal Mail never call, even when there is my phone number on it)
I will get my racket from the depot Thursday and will take few photos and post it here but before that I need to do my final project presentation (the final project like dissertation but in group)
I find my postman pretty good. When we get parcels on saturdays (my lie in day!) He Rings the doorbell, then knocks on the door then when I realise it is him, I poke m hed out of the window & ask him to leave it on the doorstep. Maybe because I live in a rural (ish) location.
How about mine? Are they on their way yet, or are you saving the most important shipment til last? As long as they're here before next Tuesday, I'm not too bothered...

Europe may have a rich variety of cheeses and castles, but the dearth of Panda Power makes the Old World seem even more behind the times. ______________ Took the Trinity Pro for another try tonight. Compared it to my current fling, Victor BS10, and to my long-time steady, Trinity 1. The Trinity Pro plays well. Mine is 284mm/85g, so not a heavy weight. But it is solid and just as quick as the Trinity 1 (similar specs, same string/tension). And the T-Pro is definitely a pretty piece. For now I'm still more comfortable with the slightly stiffer Trinity 1. It just seems to give me a bit better control and power. This is likely just a matter of familiarity. Interestigly The BS10 (4U) and the Trinity 1 play similarly. Perhaps the BS10 has the edge in power. But with all three rackets, I was thoroughly enjoying defence tonight.
Sorry. It is far too easy to appear to be flaunting good fortune on this forum. No offence intended. Not so similar. This TPro is not quite as stiff and it is lighter and head-lighter than the BS10, so it feels different.
Clarification for others: Your specific TPro is lighter in weight and less head heavy than the BS10. TPros range in weight/BP from: 83-88g, BP270-305. So one of the heavier/high BP TPros would be closer to the BS10 in weight and BP.
Dan is correct. Thank you for clarifying. My 'dainty' T-Pro does excel in speed at the net and it has a lively reactive feel that really helps when directing returns in defence, thanks to the stiff, light shaft. And there is no problem with clears and drives. It seems to "hit above its weight" in that department. I suspect those who covet power are going to love their TPro with a heavier head. I'm looking forward to hearing their reviews.
