you may try to search from Europe since you live in Israel .... because it would be very far if from China.

there is a sticky for the link of stringing machine vendor, example http://www.arfaian.com/default.asp?PreKatNr=13
http://www.watdon.co.uk/wd-strings/machines.htm

and for light and cheap, then you should try DROP WEIGHT.

Depends if you're doing badminton-only or all kind of rackets. If the first, a Yonex portable (or clone thereof) would be exactly what you need - it's designed to be carried around and is quite cheap. If you want to include tennis and/or squash, a table top machine is necessary - have a look at Eagnas or Pros Pro (the Challenger models) dropweight machines.

did you mean price of equipment or shipping cost ?

there is no stringing machine vendor from Singapore.

let's take Alpha Shuttle for example, price in the US and Europe almost the same, price from Hongkong and the original manufacturer also almost similar, but shipping cost is different.
SOTX sells this machine a bit cheaper, but shipping cost also expensive to Israel.

Try the Klippermate M140. The badminton ready version is a low low 160USD, an it literally comes with everything you really need. It's safe up to 30 pounds as long as everything is mounted and held down securely. The rotary gripper is also my favorite gripper compares to other grippers, or even other rotary grippers. I did a 26/28 (prestretch to 29/31) on a T200 with almost no warping. Link at bottom. You might have to email them about how much shipping is. And you can try to get a "blemished" one that's really just a scratched paint job for I believe ten bucks less?

its a good buy, but i would recommend a pair of hiqua flying clamps for mains, and a pair of yonex clamps for crosses,
also for the 2 support i would swap out the butterfly bolts for some regular bolts which only cost a couple cents, which can be secured with a wrench (much tigher than if you were to use your hands)

Yea the extra clamps are a good buy, but in the beginning the included clamps are good enough, especially for tensions below 27ish pounds.

I tighten my wingnuts with a pair of pliars to get it extra tight, though actual nuts are a pretty good idea too.

Just out of curiosity, why the hiqua for mains and yonex for crosses? What's the difference between the two (besides price of course). Do you really need different flying clamps or would the hiqua work for crosses as well? Why not Yonex for mains?

Master Distanc3, have you done some modification to the LF? Like swapping those black nuts with heavy-duty metal nuts, so that you can secure the clamps with a wrench .
