This thread doesnt have so many pages, you already posted the news article somewhere in page 2,3 or 4.
Dunno if will end up like Hendrawan, 'third party' pay. The BAM side big shots (Datuk Nadzmi , Ganga Rao) seem confident when they sign TKH, like they sure there will be funds.;)

Yes, limsy I just got back. Had a great meeting in Perth.
Lets not be emotional. Even if it is not from BAM/NSC, it will be from some other quasi government agency.

Let's hope that TKH will be happy with BAM

    .
Can't really say that; that BAM was wrong to let TKH to go to Korea.

When a coach's contract expires, he/she can choose to take up other contracts available to him/her. TKH chose to go to Korea, and then later to England. Now he chooses to return to Malaysia, where this contract is available.

Let's hope that TKH will be happy with BAM, and will continue to remain in Malaysia. Otherwise, we could see him leaving again when this current contract expires.

Government or not, PM & ask Hauge, he only say it's '3rd party' in Hendrawan thread. But this 3rd party very hush2, like so scared to show face, only in BC we know, sound very non-govenrment like :p:p.If from media it's BAM pay.
TKH's salary I think will be from sponsors.

Probably eaglehelang 's comment (Post #26) is the story behind it.

For 'sponsors' to pay for TKH paycheck sounds like a freebie to BAM (tax-payers), I wonder what payback the sponsors expect in return...or is it really that the sponsors are ardent MAS baddy fans with loads of money and wanna invest to develop MAS badminton with no strings attached...it is not a benevolent society out there;)

Limsy, you disappeared from BC, at the very crucial moment I need you to translate some bahasa that the bugger CTJCAD put to me:D:p...you are back, whew!!...I think you are some kind of serious wushu practitioner, maybe you disappear cos' you need some quiet time to practise some serious moves...glad you are back and aggressively keeping up your post count again:D;)

In the first place who are these sponsors?? Proton? Telekom? Petronas?
Maybe some consider money from these quasi government bodies not from the taxpayers.
Its actually a left and right pocket thing.

Someone even said proudly that Hendrawan is not paid by the government. I find this interesting indeed. Well, who is then paying Hendrawan? ;)

    Who are these sponsors??

Hendrawan & TKH, who are the sponsors paying their salaries/allowances etc??

Are the sponsors Proton? Maybe Petronas? Or Telekom?
Why is everything so hush hush when it comes to Hendrawan & TKH?? They are just badminton coaches, so why so secretive?
If the sponsors are like Proton, Telekom etc ... then it is still taxpayers money. Lets be real about this.

As far as I know, BAM dont have any non GLC sponsors. For example, we dont have Fedex or Durex Condoms sponsoring us. Neither do we have local private sponsors like Restoran Daun Pisang Murugiah or Kedai Runcit Ah Fatt being our sponsors. For the unitiated, these are non GLC sponsors.

Actually you can guess one, they trying to replace Rexy. In case Rexy go off in 2011, got somebody take over. Remember Rexy cannot stand the politics, wanted to resign in 2008? In between got other things happen also.:D

But the BH article not necessarily 100% correct. If you read past news, got people in BAM & NSC also against TKH.

That's not what I mean. There're those who dont like/against TKH who wouldnt want to see TKH in the squad. The article didnt mention that those who decided to sign Tan Kim Her & those who want to call back Yap Kim Hock are same person.

TKH, Yap, Rexy all have people against them, different2 group of people.Who is against who & changing alliances can get confusing since we're not in loop.;)
We wait & see how the drama unfolds.
