Wow..~! This looked like an amazingly, amazingly fun event... I wish I could join this sometime and meet fellow BC'ers from around the world, but I'm still a bit young == From just looking at the pictures, it's clear how much fun you guys have had... haha, envy... When I come back to Malaysia, I'll play my head off... it's just a lot of fun like tat lah ^^ .. Hope satay was good....

Nice! Sound like lots of fun. Surprised that only Huangkokhau was the only one in a singlet given the heat. Can't believed that the world team only managed to win 1 game but gotta say that the Malaysia team seems to be younger overall (or maybe the World team looks older because they were brow-beaten by the Malaysian team)
I wonder why the World Team got white wash... I thought the World Team is going to Dominate Team Malaysia "ala LYB"... but got a dose of own medicine EHheheh.. anyway im sure everyone enjoyed the games,chats,food and prizes.

I think your times belong to another world. We played in the morning just past 10am not in the evening as your posts suggested. And the entire programme finished in time for some of our members to witness the destruction of LYB/ZN's China Uber Cup Team beginning at 2 pm. Yong, Chu and I (Loh) returned to Yong's place to view the shocking scenes of China's debacle on TV.

Some of the World Team found their form too late. For example, madbad. Played another match in doubles against limsy and defeated limsy after coming from behind. Not even limsy's best tricks as captured by drifit could help. Others in the World Team found themselves too late to be on the lineup (aka the Nigerian effect). Kim got lost and was relegated from Team player to Umpire. But he still managed to play some friendlies. Apparently, no one noticed the Tournament Referee's absence from the Group Photo ......
