A followup to my previous posts regarding lack of response after sales from Sports Horizon. Received an email from them answering my concerns, appeared that my emails sent have been whisked away into their spam folder.

I would give them another chance again in the future if I'm in the market for several rackets again.

Take note that the apacs training rackets are very head heavy and difficult to use. My friends got a W160 and W180, after 1/2 hr they are all aching like mad. Personally I like fleet training rackets weighed at 160g.

HI guys, I am quite new to Apacs rackets. I've tried to read up some info but it seems a little too complicated to me.. :(

I just need to know how Apacs categorize their rackets ? Example : Yonex will be HH-Voltric ,EvenBalance-ArcSaber, HL-Nano. I wish to know the categories for Apacs please...

And please do recommend on good Even Balance racket from Apacs please. I find Yonex Arcsaber 7 to be very nice and I want to look for something similar to it in Apacs.

    Thanks alot..

Apacs feather weight 200 (75gram ) , i think its still available in Malaysia to be exact store i not sure . I tried using it good weight for defensive , its strung with BG66 Maxima at 24lbs so far so good , bad thing is tough to clear from the back court , u need alot power to push it all back and the drive for the smash at back court really need real arm power . Though the review for this racket its rated for me 7/10 for doubles i think its great not for single game play . Cheers ! :D

I think something similar to Arcsaber 7, I think tantrum 500? Or the Finapi series?

From what I understand The arc 7 being a medium flex / even balance / 3U racket that is pretty much half of the apacs line up lol. I don't really think Apacs has "racket classifications" as they both have clone lineups then their own racket lineups with rackets of varying specs. But "generally" out of their rackets the slayer series is even balance/doubles and the lethal series is head heavy/singles.

The Slayer 88 would be right up your alley along with the lethal 85. Both are even balance/slightly head heavy with medium flex shaft. Out of the clone/less expensive rackets the Finapi 88 and lethal 10 which are a bit lighter.

Never heard of the finapi 8 so /shrug.

However i did finally get my virtuoso performance today and even though the racket has no string on it it does seem like a solid racket. Very nice weight so once it's all strung up I'll give a review.

And my experience with sportshorizon was pretty much what you'd want from a seller. They even sent me an email asking if I received it today as the tracker showed it in Winnepeg. So 2 thumbs up from me /shrug. Shipping took just under 3 weeks.
