Coach asks us ( elder players ) to play like that with the younger ones, so that they build up endurance and we build up the sense to control the rally. It's not one of my better games and a big air shot around 5:18. :crying: One thing I've noticed by myself is that I have a kind of rocking motion that doesn't look good. seems to come from my feet but shows up in my shoulders. you can see it virtually everytime that I have to go backwards for an overhead.

hey james! yeh i will be playing in the devon and cornwall one erm well i may hold the camera when my mates play. obv il have to ask the tournament organisers. but hope they will film my singles and doubles too. ooo cool just saw u on the vets list, james wong? im Ray Yip, il be doing the singles and doubles in the open...hope to do well! what is the general standard like, anything like the orbitals or satellites?
not too bad! standard was mixed, obviously a couple of top asian county players which was cool. erm got to quarters in singles....doubles was ****, but was to be expected...... doubles is difficult as me and my partner played terrible together. ah well! couple of other fellow bc'ers were there tho.... one found me!
