The key is Chong Wei has to take the match to Lin Dan, can't just be passive! Vary the pace and let your best dictates the outcome.

LCW lost each time when you are sure he is going to win. Maybe you should praise him as a underdog and he will have a better chance.

    My prediction, 55:45 to LD.

Yup. I think he will adopt a different approach cum tomorrow, no more of the laid-back style. He will be on his best attacking style that won him the 1st set in CO.

Of course, I don't expect LD to lie down easily --it will be a great battle. But I am calling it LCW's match based on his fitness. If LD has a knee problem, he will be tested fullest.

I disagree here. I think the best strategy for LCW is to be a little bit "laid back". Focusing on the quality of his shots (to move LD around) instead of trying to be as fast as possible. There is no way anyone can beat LD using speed alone. LD loves his opponents to be fast and furious, which means the quality of the shots will not be very high and he will have many opportunities to intercept.

The key is that LCW has to stay calm. Like what he did in French Open. When he is calm and does not think too much, he is much better at reading opponents' shots.

I said "vary the pace", meaning can go fast and can go slow. The word "calm" can be very misleading, if he win then he is calm else he's too laid back :D

Base on recent head to head... both have win each other equally.. No head to head advantage for them...today is the tie breaker..

Errrrr, X ball, the last time LCW meet LD was HK 2007. CO 2007 was against BCL. In HK, LCW did win 1st set comfortably but LD upped his game in 2nd & 3rd set, LCw's knees couldnt take it.

Samuel, you said LCW has sthing on his mind - distracted?

Pssst, Bananakid, remember LD supposed to have knee injury? Must take that into account also:D:D. LD was super fit in HK 2007 when they last met, but will be very interesting match nevertheless.
