I apologize if you think I am rude, but 0 post and created yesterday member might looks suspicious for me if the owner of the racquetstore.com is reading this, come out and we can talk, give us pictures of your racket, such as cone code and shaft serials, where we can find you in HK, etc. that way you will come out clean and even becomes one of our trusted sellers! (esp since you sell a racket for reasonable price) **Sorry mod, can't resist it. saw 2 suspicious threads with a lot of newly created member posted about this website saying it is reasonably low price, fast shipping and good service. if I am wrong, I apologize in advance
SP is Singapore. the code used by Sunrise Singapore which is the regional distributor. South Pacific makes no sense as there isn't anything there other than a few small islands.
HK racket also make little sense and there has been very few racket coded HK. Hong Kong is under the distribution of Sunrise Singapore therefore all the Yonex racket obtained via the official Yonex distribution channel goes though them and thus rackets you buy locally in Hong Kong are SP coded.
another racquetforce thread?? man, they are trying really hard to spam this forum.. this is what I get when checking their domain IP it does looks like a HK based website. but when I checked the address, it is a housing address, not a shop address. they should put their address in their website, really. maybe it is where he lived and manage his online store, maybe he does have a physical store but we don't know where. *but one thing I know, suddenly new members pop up and saying they bought a racket or something from them..
Because I made an account specifically to ask about them before buying. And then made a review of the shop for others to know. Quit thinking everything comes from an evil corporation in this world...
I placed an order for a BRS11. Actually their other prices are competitive, but not dirt cheap. Factoring shipping, savings is not much. But for me, its hard to find a BRS11 in Toronto and I want to buy another one as backup racket. The owner is quick to reply and I placed my order yesterday, he sent me tracking # this morning. Have to say Service is 11/10. Will report back once I receive racket.
while we welcome legitimate consumers coming here to give feedback of a retailer, we don't take lightly when the retailer comes in, and pretend to be anonymous in order to boost their own review. this is outright deceiving the consumers and is not acceptable.
Hi I placed an order 8 days ago and received it 2 days ago (took only about 6 days to ship to Canada, which is a happy surprise.) Like others have said, service is top notch (the owner actually tracked the online update as well regarding status of shipment, and advise first delivery did not happen cuz I wasnt home) I definitely give them 2 thumbs up service wise (both pre and post sale) and the product is genuine (no reason for me to question that.)
Hi all, I recently purchased a brave sword 12 2U (first gen blue version) from racquetforce.com and I would like to say that they definitely sell genuine products. Service was top notch and they would respond to my emails within a matter of hours. To be honest when I received the racket, I did question its authenticity based on the HK coding as well as the butt of the racket not being smooth/glossy (and without the taiwan label) - compared to my other victor rackets. So they actually got the official victor distributor in Hong Kong to personally email me regarding the rackets authenticity. And I can confirm this as it was an email sent directly from this address: victoryvsco@yahoo.com.hk (which is the official Victor HK distributor) Additionally, I checked the counterfeit sticker on the racket and as expected, there is a small 'V' shape inside the victor logo (of the circle) and the word Victor also distorts when you angle it to a particular side. I am happy to post up any pictures if people need confirmation racketforce.com definately deserves more recognition Thanks
Hi i am usually lazy to pen review but wld do so for Enrica of racquetforce whose prompt reply make me take the leap of faith to order. I bought wave fang RV, arrived today after 4 days via HK post. No hiccup n service with initiative.
Just ordered a pair of SH-P9100 from them. They appeared to be legit and probably the most competitive price I've seen around.
I ended up just buying from them and wanted to inform people that it was legit (or for the time being). Also figured since there were other posts that seemed sketchy, I wanted to chime in.
They're legit I'm heading to their store either today or in a few days after I got the store address from Enrica via E-mail!
So, has anyone actually posted pictures of their equipment from Racquetforce? Very much appreciated as I am very tempted to buy their Yonex racquets.
