Hi, good evening people! I will be travelling to Taipei this week. I would like to know what stores I can get the cheapest genuine yonex or victor badminton shoes. I apologize that I do not understand mandarin so I cannot read the address on previous posts. I will be staying near Jiantan station. Are there badminton shoe stores in Shilin market? Thank you :)

Might not be the cheapest but I believe the nearest store is Jie Li in Shilin.
    http://www.jollysport.com.tw/
    http://www.jollysport.com.tw/merchandise.asp?Cate1No=1&CateID=AA01

its approx 15 mins walk from Shilin market or 5 mins cab ride.

    Address:
    中正路426,428,430號
    No. 426, 428, 430, Zhongzheng Road
    Phone: 02-2836-3168 02-2836-3178

You could find the exact location on Google maps if you copy and paste this address:
    台北市士林區中正路426
    http://maps.google.com/

Note: Standard discounts would be 30% off the retail prices.

    Hi,
I know in ZhongZheng Sports Center 7Floor, they have reasonable prices for Victor rackets and Yonex Rackets, they also do good on spot stringning. I have friends from Brunei and Singapore whom was recommended here and they eventually did purchased, so I am sure the price is nice and reasonable.
You can have your cousin come over and check!

It's easy to get there by MRT.
It is about 5minute walking distance from MRT station (NTU Hospital Station Exit No. 2).

The facility is a city owned sport center with 5 badminton courts, and a lot of other indoor sports facilities such as archery, basketball, golf, table tennis, swimming pool, etc. Have fun when in Taipei!

Victor racquets are about S$130 and high end yonexes are about S$190.

Sing dollars? ([IMG] I guess USD is not worth much anymore in comparison, not looking as cheap as it did initially)
