How exactly does this work? Lim first puts up a list for 8 names and he books 1 court. The list then exceeds 8 names, and he has to book another court, and increases the list to 14 names. When the list exceeds 14 names, does he then have to book another court? AFAIK, Challenger does not allow phone bookings, so does Lim have to physically go to the office and book yet another court? And he does this every week?

At least you considered that. Some people would just add on their name and hope the organizer can get additional courts, otherwise it'll just spoil the session for everyone due to overcrowding.
