Now you sound like you actually bought one... did you really?

btw, I found that keeping my nails trimmed helps me in my badminton. It must have improved the temperature/flow/resonance/gravitation/radiation in my body. As an added bonus, it also prevents me from digging into my palm when I hit -- helps relieve pain.

    Tablas Recoup

Sounds good... but your method pales in comparison to what I have been doing.

To improve my general fitness and also to prevent injuries to my knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder and wrist, I have been using Tablas Recoup wearables.

I have three of the Tablas Recoup wearables - one is a necklace, the second is a wristband and the third is a ring.

After using Tablas Recoup for just one month, my smash-power has gone by almost 170% and, better still, my stamina has increased to such a level that I'm now able to play up to seven singles games without more than a one-minute break in between the games!

The great news is that I can now jump nearly 45 inches for my smashes - that's nearly 4 feet, you know! Also, even after jumping up to a hundred times during my seven non-stop games, my knees or ankles remain as fresh as they are when I begin playing.

After seeing my stunning improvement, my coach has begun using Tablas Recoup. What's really amazing is that even his coach (who is now 93 years old) is using it. Last week, he managed to play three games without taking a single break!

The only unfortunate part about Tablas Recoup is that I keep breaking racquets :crying: I'm now looking for a really strong racquet (maybe an all-steel one) which can handle my smashing. If not, I will have to restrict my smashing to maybe just one or two smashes a day :(

By the way, I'm getting two more boxes of Tablas Recoup.
These are special editions which are manufactured from Viking teeth.

I'm really excited and am eagerly looking forward to wearing them!

illusionsitpro, allow me to better explain the properties of TR wearables :)

Tablas Recoup wearables, which are coated with 17-micron palladium, are assembled in amelio-sterile conditions. The fractal ceramic inners are super-heated and super-cooled 38 times in a Barzionic retro-furnace.

During this extremely complex hyop-hyper-thermal process, the wearables are rapidly swung through pressurized chambers containing 277 bio-enzymes in gaseous form. These repeatedly-applied molecular-level coats give the wearables their proven super-healing properties.

At the core are the sealed biomasses - these include gingerbread extract, topolactyl carbon, flourinated hydrazine, quasi-pilorial succinylcholine and common vitriol sheathed in an argon envelope.

I suggest you get one of these for the amazing health benefits that accrue within minutes of wearing it.

I don't know if you noticed it... but, at the 2009 India Open, both Taufik and Pi Hongyan were wearing Tablas Recoup necklaces. (Those who lost were wearing Phiten!) It's no surprise that TH and PH won the titles without too much trouble :)

Thats not scientific proof. Thats simply finding a similarity that several winners had. Did you ask them what they had for breakfast that day? Maybe they all had wheaties and the losers ate cherrios.

Its all about Power of Suggestion (POS). I highly doubt that anything phiten made or otherwise can really improve any ones game that drastically. There may be some healing properties, however if they were as great as some people advertise them to be, it would have been medically studied by now.

    Tablas Recoup is not American.
    It's a truly global product :)

Its core concept was developed by three senior physicists (two Germans and a Swede) working at CERN (the European Organisation for Nuclear Research), Geneva.

The medical application was devised by a multinational team of scientists at the UK's RAF Centre of Aviation Medicine, Bedfordshire.

The aesthetic design was developed by the team at LMVH (Louis Vuitton), Paris.

The wearables are manufactured in sterile assembly facilities in Osaka.

The global supply and distribution is managed from Copenhagen.
(By the way, Camilla Martin works at the TR headquarters.)

I don't know how you measure 45" of jumping, did you mean you legs above the floor or the whole body ? Assuming you are 5'-9", if your whole body could jump up 45" + your arm + racket length = the highest point of the sweet spot of your racket is about 11'-12' above the floor, minus the net height of 5'-1", then basically you can beat Lin Dan & all those professionals.

It's a bit more than your calculations.

    Player height = 6 feet
Arm extension = 2 feet (arm length minus neck-to-top-of-head length)
Jump extension = 3 feet 9 inches (height separation between toes and floor)
    Racquet Extension = 2 feet (finger-grip to sweet-spot on a 27-inch racquet)

This means that my smashes are being fired from a height of nearly 14 feet.
This is why no one can take my smashes when I hit them steeply into the forecourt.

This new jump height and the awesome smash power are all because of the near miraculous powers of Tablas Recoup :)

I don't know if I could beat Lin Dan but you never know when he might get hit by food poisoning :D
