I agree with you, im getting a high end racket only because it is $100 cheaper than in my country but i actually take lessons and im planning to join the badminton team too. Anyway, thanks for your advice and help (I probably said thanks like 10 times already LOL)
be conservative stay with what already at the best ! ti10 with bg66 sharp price is also reasonable. why wanna trouble so much trying the new ones in market and put urself in risk on ur wallet and injury
It is not the local region code so shouldn't be sold there unless someone brought them over and sold them privately. But most SP coded sold in Germany/Europe are fake ones to make a quick buck and Switzerland is around the corner so will depend on who it was bought from. I remember one case here of someone buying a fake racket (a couple actually, JP and CH code) from an actual store in Switzerland (which has since closed). We had this one store in Netherlands as well that thought they were smart and bought a whole batch of fake CH coded NS9000's . And when found out wouldn't concede they were fake ... store changed owners since and new owner was made aware and got rid of them.
I bought my racket from a local retail reseller. Probably the biggest and most known reseller in Switzerland. And he gets Yonex rackets from YONEX Switzerland directly, so I doubt its fake But I'll recheck the code when I'm at home this weekend and let you know about the code What was the name of the store in Switzerland which sold a fake racket? :O
Yep Then you must've meant SW (in the serial # thread it was listed as Sporthaus Kunz; google that and top result is Kunz Sport but I don't think it can be the same as it is an Intersport store)
You may find HK,SP, & JP code as well at HK.. Just buy a couple of rackets on your way home from HK. HK is one of the place where you can buy rackets at a more affordable price.
But Air Canada says that you cant bring badminton rackets as hand carry so I can only fit one in my suitcase lol, hoping it doesnt get damaged
And one question, Luxis sports net sells real rackets and is legit right? Because people recommend the shop here
Well.. I used to travel around with my rackets checked in as hand carries in a badminton bag. I have traveled with China Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Garuda Airlines & some budget airlines. Firstly, they of course prohibit took rackets on board as hand carries, and i explained to them that the racket could be damaged if i put them on the baggage, lastly they allowed me to hand carry rackets, since they cant guarantee that my rackets will arrive safely at destination..Some of my friends have their rackets carried on by the stewardess to the plane, but that does not happen to me.. Air Canada, well you might try your luck..
You're totally right. I've checked my VT80 since I have it here. It's SW. Therefore my Arc10 must be SW too. I'm sorry for have been mistaken with the second letter
My main racquet is a vt80 but for a long time I used a nanospeed 9900. I found the 9900 to be an easy racquet to use and is a great for quick attack, defence and (for me anyways) has good smashing power. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. VT80 is hard to use but spectacular backhand clears and back court smashes. The Arcsaber 10pg is a nice but it didn't wow me like the 9900 or vt80. hope that helps.
lol. If you live near vancouver just go to Tads next time you want a racquet. They are cheaper than most online retailers, and you get a CD coded racquet instead of SP (resell for more).
Can you guys tell me if it is legit? Cuz no one is answering me in the real/fake thread---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8----racket model: Yonex Arcsaber 10 PGshaft serial: 9945561cone code : 010213SPprice : CAD $173---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8----
is that AS10PG price at tads? wow that's not as bad as i expect it would be lol. how much is VT80 and ZSTH there if you know by any chance.
