I'm worried about their confidence level. Especially when they are not up against Maldives pair or something, but against a Japanese pair. I'm interested in the Thai pair too, I would love to see how they fare in the individual event.

Well, when they lose tonight the criticism they get is going to be harsh. I can accept it if they have some substance, like what jasonmarc sometimes says but criticism like saying they are useless, junk.... I will defend them.

Being selected in AG Team is already the biggest chance for them to prove something here...........

They shdnt let this opportunity slips away just like that.......

Hope they will prove me wrong tonight.......I really hope so.

6 points only... my worst fears have come true, their confidence has really broken. Don't know if they can bounce back anytime soon.

    Mak/Tan lost to JPN pair : 17-21, 6-21.
6 points ? Hopefully it is not injury or sickness.

Can we recall Ah Fook and Ah Wah?
I think they will score more than 6 points.

I salute you. You still want them to bounce back? In other countries, I think they will be dropped. If their confidence is so fragile...and supposed to be the country's 2nd pair, something must be wrong with the selection and system.

Yeah, I hope that they will bounce back. Sorry if you got a problem with that :(
Anyway, I suggest sending GWS/TKS to majors from now on, a pair with fragile mental strength should not be selected as 2nd pair. It's like a gamble though. If they actually won, their confidence will shoot. But well, the opposite has occured...

I don't think it's injury or sickness, not sure if you are being sarcastic there or not. It's their own problem, and only they themselves can overcome it. No one can help them.

Dont too sad ya. Either they split or play SS. They never play in major tournaments before, not even SEA Games. With the super duper high expectations that Msia has, they couldnt perform. KKK/TBH in 2006, KKK already played in TC, WC, CWG.

Team event give to CPS/LKW, I eager to watch them in team since they were not fielded during 2009 SEA;)

Split better, Mak needs a calmer/not so easily nervous too partner who can encourage him better. He was fine during 2008 WJC when Teo KS was there. As for TWK, concentrate on XD or find another partner too. Although I feel sad, I have to say that the best way for them is to split...

TKS is already doing great with GWS. I can't see those two splitting just because of another pair's problems.

The Japanese pair is currently #40 in world ranking, while Mak/Tan #21.

This is not the main point.

Only managed to get 6 points in 2nd game. What is happening??

The Fuzzy is better than them. CPS/LKW is better. Or even OSH/HTH will for sure will be able to score more than 6 points.

Mas already facing MS problem. Now MD department also got problem.

Lets us BCers go and bring our parang to fight... lol. ;)

Actually 6 points is as good as zero in old terms. ;) Something is seriously wrong. Where is the strategy? ;) Hope they can improve and learn from this. Players need to think about the 'lowest' point and spring back and not let this kind of score to haunt them again. Boleh? ;)

Feel shocked only with the new blood's performances.

Their standard is below Thailand and Japan in which, these country are not the powerhouse.

Imagine when they meet pairs from CHN, INA, KOREA.
