I agree. I met a several Filipino women at First Sports. If it was cheaper in the Philippines then they would not bother buying in Thailand.

The Yonex shop is located on the 3rd level. Suggest you check with the information counter on the ground floor if you could not locate the shop.

 

Personally I find the prices at Sports Marketing (next to First Sports) more competitive.

Both First Sports and Sports Marketing are very competitive. In Nov 2006, I found the prices were virtually the same. First Sports accepts only cash; Sports Marketing said they would take Mastercard. We bought our rackets, shirts and shoes from First Sports.

from my previous experiences, the shops may not have the 3u or 4u version of the model you are looking for.

How about Nanospeed series? Do they have 2U version and NS9K Type-S?
