The apacs racket that i've used before is lethal 9 and nano 9900 power.Lethal 9 is powerful but i don't like it's head lightness. And it's bp says 285, as well as finapi 88.. so it's really hard to know everyone's feel of head heavyness/head lightness of a racket.
G1 grip is hella small, probably = G6 Yonex. It is also amazing how they can't stick to one paintjob theme for a series
Actually, I find the L70 racket to be solid. Amongst the 3 of us in my club (including myself), we have 4 rackets of L70. During the time span of 9-mth to 2 years, none of us noticed any crack on this racket. Each of us bought our rackets at different point of time.
Hi, I'm currently interested in buying an apacs racket. Is it safe to buy one from ebay? Or are all the rackets fakes? BTW what would you recommend for a beginner? Apacs-Stern-898-Agility? Apacs-Stern-808-Power? Any better recommendations? Or any reviews on the above 2 rackets?
Anyone got reviews on the new Lethal 110? I've just bought it from sportshorizon and can't wait for it. I've been using the L70 for a while now, awesome awesome racket. If you're a beginner, i have no idea lol. For beginners, the general recommendation is any racket that is light, doesn't hurt your shoulder and arms to use. Don't be a cool smartass and went and buy the most expensive ones since you won't be able to handle it.
is slayer 95 2u the heaviest racket one can get in north america? i've heard of other 2u rackets, but they don't seem to be available here. also does apacs sell any oval rackets? so many models.................. if shuttlehouse doesn't go through with my cab 502u i might as well just buy an apacs and not burn a hole in my wallet....
That's mine. I got 4 strung at 25 pre-stretch with BG65. I love this racket. HOWEVER they do NOT all play the same. Of the 4 2 play the same one feels lighter and one seems NOT to get the shuttle to the other end of the court. I weighed all 4, same. I balanced all 4, same. I extrapolated that there might be a 'vibration' in the frame that has to do with this.
Don't expect instant explosive, it will take a while to get used to. But you'll notice your shots are much straighter and more accurate.
Your statement was quite accurate. I played with it for 3 hours early this evening, and all of my shots went where I wanted them to, it was quite nice. I don't think I need to write up a full review since there are plenty of them for the L70 already, but I will say that I am impressed with what I've seen so far. So far I'm liking it better than my AT900P, and the L70 is less than half the price too..
Once you're used to it, it's probably the best racket you've had. It's on par with my mate's Voltric 80 Ltd Ed. in terms of ability (but not quite of course ). It's also very tolerant with the mishits since the frame is quite solid and doesn't warp in impacts, but with proper hits it's bloody nice. I've just bought and waiting for the Lethal 110, will report once it arrives.
Can anyone give me reviews or links to reviews for the following rackets : Apacs Nano 900 White/Red , Apacs nano 9900 , Apacs Finapi 88 , Apacs Edgesaber 10. Please thank you
Hi guys. I'm just a newbie here. I'm also a beginner. I really like Apacs racket but most people said that Apacs is not a good racket as it kind a clon/mimic/copy other brands. What is your opinion regarding this? Also, I would like to buy a racket that might cost me less than RM150.00. What will you suggest for Apacs racket? Some of them recon me Edgesaber 10 and some said Nano 900 Power? Please help. I also lost regarding the strings. Currently use Yonex BG66 string up to 25lbs. But is there any good not so expensive string out there and what's the good string measurement, is it 25lbs or 26lbs or what lbs? I'm not a power hitter, my hand is not as powerful, thus I think 4U suit me better than 3U. Please guys, need your help here. p/s: Currently live in Klang, Selangor. (If there is any good place to buy racket here in Klang, please recon to me). Thank you in advance.
Apacs do have clone like edgesaber 10 which a clone of Arcsaber 10, FInapi 88 that clone Voltric 80 and many more. but Apacs also have their own high end racket, which is not bad at all. for RM150 i think you can get one of those Visible Hollow, low-series lethal.
unfortunately all the clones and some of the new rackets are a bit too flexible. I'd say tantrum 300 is one of the top ones available from APACS without being too expensive
